I do not want to be a dick, but your main plugin is under a barrage of critique for unreliability and no updates and you are just pushing new addons? That is some greedy behavior. Sorry man, you lost my trust.
We pushed an update last week and we are constantly pushing new features.
This addon was created because I had a lot of requests for it.
We also have requests for a lot other features which we are working on now.
Hi does the email plugin just send a confirmation email at time of booking or does it include the abiity to send an email after the event… eg “thanks for attending”

Hi guys. I need a calendar plug-in which also sends event-reminders and which works with MailChimp.
I need following functionality:
1. “You have previously signed up for same kind of events, and therefore you receive this invitation for following upcomings events.”
2. “Please remember you have signed up for following event. If you can no longer make it, please remember to cancel your subscription now, as it is a free event and we are dependent on knowing the number of guests.
Do you know what I mean?

How does the CANCELATION EMAIL WORK? I know that if I delete someone who has booked the email is sent to them, but does this email also get sent if an “EVENT” is DELETED….
Good point, now it wont actually be triggered when Event is deleted.

I can’t save any new email templates with the plugin. Each time I try and refresh the page, the new template is not showing up neither in the email template page nor in an event edit page.

I already tried to delete and reinstall the two plugins but it’s not working yet..
Ok, I finally got it to work.
I had to deactivate and delete the main plugin and the addon.
Then I had to drop all tables in database relative to the plugins.
Then, I reinstalled the plugins.
Ok now, I can’t create new event…
In console, I have these messages displayed :
“The specified value “undefined” is not a valid number. The value must match to the following regular expression: ?(\d+|\d+\.\d+|\.\d+)(">eE?\d)?”
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘googleMapsEnabled’ of null” admin.js?ver=20160801:1447

Can this be used to setup an automatic email reminder prior to an event for all users. Is it possible for this to include a link to the location of the event.

I have a problem to receive a pre event email. Actually eventBookingProEmailsClass::runTask never gets executed.
I installed ‘Cron Events’ plugin where I can trigger an action by hand, but still if I call ebp_email_rules_schduler (btw e is missing in schduler) runTask() is not called. Could you please support?
Enable email rules is enabled in setings.

Hello, I am encountering the same problem as agatarzepczyk and freewalkingtour above.
Notification emails before and after Events are not being sent.
I also installed ‘WP-Cron Events’ plugin, but still if I call ebp_email_rules_schduler runTask() is not called. Could you please support? Beside this I don’t see any eventBookingProEmailsClass::runTask in the Cron actions.
Can you please help me to fix this issue?
EDIT: Of course “Enable email rules” is enabled in settings.
