Hi,

Does the Woocommerce Product Filter plugin use its own queries to filter results or does it work with the built-in ones? I need to know if it will work with the following plugin that shows product variations in the main product grid – I need the filter to also work on the variations show as well as the main product:

Hi,

These plugins work together but only if AJAX isn’t used. AJAX stuff somehow leaves out the variations, not sure how, might check it in the future. Anyway, it doesn’t use its own queries, but it alters the current query being processed, this way it is faster and more efficient, but doesn’t work everywhere as themes sometimes can be just a plain wreck. Are you referring to terms or category names ordering in the filter? There are options for ordering terms in the plugin, but as far as category ordering goes, that isn’t really covered by our plugins. Hi, I saw your live preview, and I was wondering IF your plugin will make my woocommerce storefront with full width, and the product page with full width as well. I guess you know but there’s a sidebar by default from woocommerce that is annoying.

Not sure of the demo you’re talking about :) This really isn’t related to any of the plugins. The full width can be achieved with custom CSS. If you need any of these tools, check their demos and documentation and purchase the ones you need or the whole bundle, it will surely be beneficial, but it will not affect your full width issue. Thanks!

OK, you will need to post your support request in the bundle item comments to verify your purchase and the support period. Also, if you don’t use the warranties part and activate the returns, they will be available only. However, all products will then not have the warranty and this will be seen on page, but these parts can be hidden with a bit of custom code. The function that will remove all warranty strings and warranties from the plugins isn’t really in the plugin, but the plugin can be adjusted to provide only these. Thanks for your patience.

- It would be really nice to be able to get rid off the warranty strings.

Is there any reason the return button does not show up? i enabled returns but i’m unable to use it, the button does not show up on the orders.

Hi there

I am not sure what has happened but the product filter is no longer showing on my product categories. I have checked under Woocommerce > Settings > Product Filter > Filter Overrides and Restrictions and I cannot see any reason why the filter does not show. Everything is correct under the Show Filter Only on Categories option.

If I create a new page and use the shortcode [prdctfltr_sc_products] then the filter shows. However it does not show automatically on my categories as it once did.

I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

Would you have any suggestions?

When can we hope for update regarding “Improved Sales Badges” so there is option to equalize % of discount down not up?

I have purchased the “Essential Shop Bundle” and would like to know how to enable the automatic updates for the plugins in the bundle and also how to license them individually as I only received a license for the bundle. I have spent a lot of time configuring the Product Filter plugin and don’t want to lose my customizations by updating it manually.

Also still waiting for a response on my other request about the Product Filter Price Range Slider “Increment Value”. I followed all the instructions, yet it does not function as it should. It needs to increment in units of 500.

Hi, just my continued attempts to get some basic support for the Essential Bundle that I purchased from you. You said you would sort out the license codes so that I could get “automatic updates” working for the bundle products. It’s going on 3 weeks now. Nothing. I have tried your ticket system but you appear to ignore that also and close tickets before they are resolved.

A suggestion: With the money that you are making selling these products, maybe hire someone to actually provide the support that you promise?

Hi, would love to, but tried that a couple of times and the “someone to actually provide the support” only made a mess in which you were caught in. Anyway, we’ve said we’ll implement it, not when. And your license you’ve purchased doesn’t grant you to request anything and expect it to be done in your timeframe. If you don’t like the service request a refund and you’ll be granted instantly. Suggestion/request for “Improved Variable Product Attributes”. Not all products can be describes with one color from color picker. What if it’s speckled/multicolor?

It would be nice to add multicolor option for Attribute style “Color”. Maybe just option with multicolor “icon” would be enough.

Looks like I will need some further help regarding this. I created new Ticket last week regarding this. Still waiting for response. + New other ticket created and hopefully will be answeres in timely manner, thanks

Just updated the Improved Variable Product Attributes plugin. However whenever I add a variable product to the cart an alert(‘yes’) pop up appears. Then the AJAX view cart button says ‘undefined’. Anyone else having the same issue?

I am interested in purchasing a few of your plugins and then I saw this bundle. My concern is if I purchase the bundle over purchasing the individual plugins and at some point you discontinue the bundle, will I still receive updates to the individual plugins within the bundle? Are there different purchase codes for each item included in the bundle? How is support given? Is it given individually for each plugin or through the bundle page?

Hi, this was the longest reply wait I guess, but we’ve really busy these days. Sorry about that. No worries about the bundle updates. These will be here as long as these plugins are maintained. The only difference is with extending the support. Also, hopefully soon, you’ll be able to put your bundle purchase codes and update all plugins with the same code from your WP Dashboard ;) Thanks!

Hi, you can try these guys http://bit.ly/customize-product-filter but, keep in mind, that some filters cannot be set, as the functions for them don’t exist. Also your products need to be nice. Any bad CSV imports will just not do. Thanks.

Yes I would like a refund.

The only thing I am happy with is the Sales Badges. I would like to keep that but would like to be refunded for the other items. If you can’t do that, just refund everything and I’ll purchase Sales Badges seperately.

The Improved Variable Product Attributes for WooCommerce is not designed to accomodate a large store with several different variations.
