A lot of bugs. Few styling features. Always needing support in order to make it work properly.
No it is not an attempt to get free support as you claim (and already deleted my first rating with this fake claim). Already purchased other product that work properly.
No it is not misconfiguration of my wp, I tested on fresh clean setup as you said.
The plugin lacks basic styling features, including the problem with the volume that need custom css to be fixed.

Thanks for your feedback, anyhow bugs are in your configuration, and you're clearly unable to pay for support so using ratings in order to try to obtain free services, instead of understanding how to use the plugin.
This player is in use on more than 15 thousand websites, so we are pretty sure it works fine.
Your review is clearly an attempt to get a free service because you don't want to pay for support. I'm sorry but we don't work for free nor we stand to blackmailing ratings.
If you have a technical issue and are unable to configure the player yourself, you can pay for the support and we will help you.

A brilliant player looks really nice. Support is amazing, I have emailed a couple of times now to ask some questions and the author has come back quickly every time with a very helpful answer. I had an issue connecting to my provider and the author pushed and update within an hour to sort my problem!
