2. No, we don’t have that kind of element. But you can try to use the accordion element from WP Bakery or Elementor.

Following what I suspect might have been a plugin update, I’ve encountered a significant problem. This issue is severe enough to bring down my website, necessitating the deactivation of the plugin to restore site functionality.
In my current setup, I employ another plugin specifically for storing images on Amazon S3. It appears that following the update, this plugin is encountering difficulties when attempting to save images. This issue was not present prior to the update.

Hello, There is a conflict between the latest version of your epic news elements plugin and the woffice theme. It is impossible to display the content of an article. You get a blank page. And yet, there is no problem to display the list of articles but as soon as you click on an article, you end up with a blank page. Can you find any solution ? Thks

I originally reported a problem about a conflict with Epic News Elements and my theme, XStore. The problem was reported in the link below and a temporary fix was applied to my site:

You used the same variable name as the theme used in the customizer on line 23:

Now, the latest update has broken the three XSTore theme sites I have installed Epic News Elements on. For all three I am no longer able to access the Theme Options customizer, it once again just hangs when loading. When I update to the latest plugin the fix you did for me no longer works and all three sites are broken, so I have to roll back the plugin. Please provide a solution. I reported this issue when I had paid support for three licenses, and now the update has made the same problem return with the customizer, because the solution you originally provided was temporary. This is not right or fair for me to have to pay for further support when a permanent solution should have been applied before, as promised. The solution was not integrated into the updates

Bought 5 minutes ago, nice options a bit too much in depth on some, while other crucials missing… Background color for example of blocks, radius rounding of blocks, and most important one, why are images stretched? so all our images are like 21:9 ratio, and your blocks are +/- 16:9 ratio and we can see all the images are squashed into the 16:9, why isn’t there any image options… please let me know how to fix it
no simple checkbox to display or kill title, meta, excerpt or dates. on any block is not an option….... Such simple functions that you would expect to be in there are missing

I am currently changing my site with Epic News Elements over from WPBakery Page Builder to Elementor.
I am reporting a glitch in the plugin with the Epic Youtube/Vimeo Playlist block when using Elementor. It works as expected in WPBakery Page Builder, but not in Elementor.
I have the setting on Horizontal, Dark Screen. In WP Bakery it works with the playlist displaying on the right of the video box. However, in Elementor it no longer works after a previous plugin update and the list of videos is now displayed under the video box, and the video box takes up 100% width of the available content width. The video player box used to take up about 2/3 of the width and the playlist to the right used to take up about a 3rd. Now the playlist is below and both take up 100%.

You’re welcome. Below is a temporary fix I did to fix the issue. It’s not ideal, but gives you an idea of what may need properly fixing on your end. Its strange that it is only affected on Elementor and not WPBakery. This needs investigating.

the problem with my temprary fix I did, is that if you have a second smaller playlist in a sidebar, then it also forces that seond playlist to not have the playlist below and have it to the side. So this is why it is not an ideal fix.
Have you made any progress in a fix? The demo site is still showing the video sections do not have the playlist to the side of the video, still.
Is this plugin being maintained any more? I reported the error over a month ago.

I don’t use Elementor, WP Bakery, or any page builder. Would creating the news elements by shortcodes or widgets work completely the same – or will there be limitations?
Also, I use WordPress’ Classic editor instead of Gutenberg, does this work with the classic editor? (I’m willing to use Gutenberg for this but just wondering if it functions with classic editor)

You can use the WordPress shortcodes or widgets to add the Epic element to your website content but we don’t provide row and column element to make a layout.

but using the WordPress’s built-in Gutenberg or block editor, the row and column element will function there, is that correct? After I created the layout and publish it, I can switch back to the classic editor without losing the layout, is that correct?

It’s a bit tricky to do that. You may need to keep using Gutenberg editor and generate the shortcode builder on another page then copy and paste the generated shortcode.

Unfortunately, we don’t have that element on the Epic News Elements plugin. We only have a Jetpack popular post filter which means you need to use the Jetpack plugin as a post view counter.

is there a way to prevent to generate thumbnails? Your plugin generating on my website 33 new images for each one I upload. This is crazy. For example, new image gerate in size 1140×815 has about 1 MB. My hosting is going to be full of thumbnails. I tryed to set “Dynamic image generator” in settings, but it’s not working anymore.

To prevent the generating thumbnail systems, you need to do some custom changes to the plugin. For an alternative, you can use the Dynamic Image Generator option. Can you tell me more detail about the issue of why this option not working?

I tryed to dectivate and activate this function but there was no change with this issue.
For me it is going to be a big problem, because my website contains about 47 000 uploaded images and this issue made total amount of images to more then 900 000.
Here is list of new sizes of images appeared after every uploaded image (from ftp): 112×75, 1140×570, 1140×815, 120×86, 130×87, 165×109, 170×113, 179×116, 179×120, 266×179, 274×183, 333×227, 347×233, 350×100, 350×250, 359×240, 360×180, 360×504, 364×245, 367×237, 36×36, 546×300, 546×365, 576×392, 702×432, 750×375, 750×536, 75×75, 765×510, 768×512, 80×54, 81×55, 85×57
Plugin Stop Generating Unnecessary Thumbnails helped to prevent generating of most of them. But some sizes this plugin didn’t find.
