1. As the app owner, can i earn money from subscription plan? all nursery owners can subscribe to a plan before selling on my platform

2. Can i have plant sell commission module where i collect all sales from the app and nursery owners request for withdrawal of their money after each sale they make?.
3. Can i disable article sub-mission by nursery owners and make ONLY admin be able to submit articles?
