I am interested in this but little bit confused after checking the demo this is the complete Maildoll application which can be integrated with perfex application from where i can send email or message or it just addon which connect Maildoll mail application and Perfex?

Yes you have to purchase separately,
Maildoll is for email and SMS marketing and perfex is an addon of maildoll to fetch contact from perfex CRM.
