Hello I bought the Emage – Image Hover Effects Block for Gutenberg last night by mistake. I have not even downloaded it but I figured it will not work for me. Can I return it by any chance? thanks

If you’ve not downloaded, you can then make a refund request.

Hi. I just purchased the Emage – Image Hover Plugin. How do I do the hover effect you show in the “usage examples” for “products”... where it an image that is replaced with another image on hover?

Hi sveiks, to do that add the first image normally. Then add the second image to the background of overlay by going to Style > Overlay > Background

Hi, how can I make sure that the overlay font fits the screen size? at the moment it is much too big on the mobile screen.

Please reduce the font size by going to the Style tab > Content and respective Typography options for title, subtitle, content, etc. You can only select a fixed font size for all device types.

Hi, I can’t seem to work out how to get the ‘Content effects’ to work for this plugin using Gutenberg. I want to have an image with a piece of text over it and a slide up with more text information or a button as I’ve seen on your website.

Any help appreciated.

Hi, we think you’ve seen this on our Elementor plugin demo. It hasn’t been added to Gutenberg version. We’ll try to add it soon.

Hi. I purchased the Emage Hover Plugin. I’m trying to activate this plugin on the block editor page. While I enter purchase code and press “Activate” button on the right column, the button doesn’t seem working, and status stays “inactive”.

Would you show me what I can do?

Sure, please reach us through chat, we’ll help you.

Hi, how do I resize the imgae hover block? In order to resize it smaller, I tried to select from large to thumbnail size, however, the photo did not resize to become smaller, but remain the same size, with the photo becoming more grainy in quality. Please advise, thanks.

Hi, you can select “Show Always” to make the overlay appear at all times. Currently, you cannot change the text on hover.

On mobile, the user has to touch the image to see the hover. Its not a perfect experience but its better than none. We’ll see how we can improve this.

Thanks for your reply. I see ‘Show overlay’ but not ‘Show always’, where can I find this setting?

Its available under Overlay > Effect > Show Always.

Hi there, we use WPBakery Page Builder. Is this compatible with that?

Hi, sorry this is not compatible with WPBakery.

Good Day!

My plugin refuses to activate despite placing the following code in the appropriate place and clicking activate. Please help when you can
