The plugin was easy to setup and had all of the features I needed for my Zoho CRM integration.
I have used a number of Zoho WP Plugins and was pleasantly surprised and how easy this was to setup and that it worked as it should.

Great support. On install I found the "Approved List" for leads was not implemented. Raised this with IT Galaxy and same day discussed with Zoho - who's documentation was unclear. Zoho fixed this and I returned next day to IT Galaxy to request they please implement Approved List for leads..... to find they already built it in the hours in-between! An updated version was ready to go. Worked first time. Well done.

Perfect solution! I encountered some issues during the setup and reached out to support. They were really helpful (unlike most developers), and I was able to get the Zoho integration working same-day. Highly recommend :D

Great customer support the author added Desk support when we asked and it works first try! Make sure to change it in plugin settings and re-authenticate first.
