Hi there, my leads have stopped being synched between the Elementor Form Database and Zoho. A month ago the current config was working and the leads were being sent to Zoho.
My logs are showing the following message:

I have double checked, and the USER ID in the form is exactly the same as the Lead Owner ID of my client.
Why is this happening?

This error indicates that the user through which you set up the integration was deactivated in your Zoho – this could have been done by a user with administrator permissions.

You need to contact the administrator of your Zoho to activate your user or you can go through the authorization process again, but through a different user.

But the user is active, we have checked this with the link you provided. So, if the user is active, why arent the leads being sent ?
No, of course the user is not active. Zoho can’t give false information and Zoho’s API responds clearly – CODE: INACTIVE_USER, message: inactive user cannot access the api.
You need to carefully check that your user is active or you can go through the authorization process again (Re-authorize), but through a different user.

Hi, We have installed the plugin on our WP instance and got the Zoho Client ID and Client Secret correctly configure.
When we go to the Elementor form, we are not seeing the fields. Also, loading button on settings page never loads like it is stuck.
It did worked before on this client website and suddenly it got disconnected and not it can be connected again.

Unfortunately, 1 license (purchase code) – one end product (site), that is, an additional license is required for each site if each site works separately, even if it is a copy. It doesn’t matter what level domain is used, 1 license – 1 site (end product).
If you use WordPress in multisite mode, that is, there is one platform and, in general, one end product, then you can use one license (purchase code).

If these field are optional in your Zoho, then you do not need to fill them in (they are displayed with an asterisk, since these are mandatory field by default).
If in Zoho you can create a `lead` without these field, then a `lead` will be created from the form as well.

Also, you can download the latest version of the plugin, manipulations with the log are made more convenient (via ajax).
Hi, I am having an issue with this plugin, it works briefly but when i leave update and exit the page in WP and then try and access it again elementor enters in ‘safe mode’ and it can not be disabled until I remove the form.

Just tried to reproduce the behavior in various ways and settings, but unfortunately this cannot be reproduced.
Sure the only pages that were affected had the form on it, once the form was removed it worked ok

Quick question: how to allow existing leads (email already in Zoho CRM) to submit new forms and be captured with new submission information? Currently it does not work the way it should: all existing leads (those who have already been stored in our Zoho CRM) will not be captured and updated in Zoho CRM when they submitted a new form.

Please download the latest version. When setting up lead fields, at the top you will find a `Send type` select box, where you need to select `Update/Insert`.

I was very happy to see there is an integration between Zoho CRM and my elementor page. I followed all the steps for verification and authorization. But when I enter the last step ‘authorize’ I am receiving a 403 page. I have no clue what I am doing wrong?

Sorry, but when using option with “Self Client”, you cannot get this problem.
1. When using “Server-Based”, the problem is as follows (this is the problem of your hosting provider):
You receive this message when the zoho redirects you back to the site after you clicked the `accept` button in the zoho.
When the zoho redirects you to a site, the zoho adds several parameters to the link, one of which contains the zoho domain (this is the usual oauth authorization process in zoho and the plugin does not affect it) – and something on your site or hosting, analyzes the parameters in the link and does not allow you to get to the site if the parameter contains a domain.
That is, when you get to the site back from zoho, then the link is of the form – https://yoursite/?param1=value¶m2=value&code=value&location=value&accounts-server=https%3A%2F%2Faccounts.zoho.com
The problem is in parameter `accounts-server`, since your software analyzes the query string and does not allow you to go to the site if the domain is contained in the GET parameter.
Please note that the parameter `accounts-server` with the domain name is added on the zoho side, this parameter does not add the plugin. This is the usual authorization process in zoho and it cannot occur otherwise – https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/auth-request.html
Therefore, the plugin is not related to this behavior and does not contain functions and does not make API calls that violate your rules.
2. When using the option “Self Client”, the process is completely different and you cannot get 403
Please check what you have selected “Self Client” in the plugin settings (“Zoho client type”) and followed the instructions.

Yes I have one other question. When I want to select the Layout ID I do not see anything. Underneath it it states that I can reset the cache if this happens. But when I do I get a ‘critical error’ Is there any way to fix this?
Ignore me! I have found the issue! My security inside Zoho was blocking the app. I turned off the IP list and now it works… Thanks for your product! It is exactly what I want.

Ok…. still having issues Everything is set-up and installed as I was supposed to. But when I test it, the lead does not show up in Zoho. I have enabled the logging so I can send you a log file if you want. One thing that i found curious is that the Lead owner is supposed to be a look up field, but I cant see anything. I entered both the owner name and the owner Zoho ID number and tested it, but nothing seems to happen.
