Awesome plugin. I have made a form with company name, company contact and one field I made that had 3 options. What I want to happen, is that the company is updated with one of the 3 choices (Support agreement). What seems to be happening is that the field is not updating. I want the company to just update, not make another one. And maybe put the contact person as a contact in that company as well.. I am using the form so my customers can update their companies data..

I’ve added a form to a brand new wordpress and under elementor widget the Pipedrive option is not showing. Any idea why? I’ve test in 2 wordpress sites and it does not show.

It is not difficult to transfer a license. Before activating on the new (other) site (or before changing the domain), first deactivate the code on the test, that is, the previous one (the button next to the activation button), and then activate it on the new one.

Having problems with tokens: I use Dynamic Content Tokens and would like to transfer some values to Pipedrive like a cookie or the current URL. Tokens are very easy for that but sadly all fields with tokens inside are not transfered to pipedrive… Any idea?
Workaround is to create hidden fields with tokens as standard value but this is not very practical as big forms are getting so slow in elementor…

The problem is that I need to have the form check if the Person exists: - If Person exist, update Person - If Person doesn’t exist, create Person
It seems that I can only use one of those logic at the time (Update an existing checked or not) not both…

In fact, you can get the expected behavior.
The plugin always tries to find an existing person before creating a new one.
If the person is not found, a new one will be created. If a person is found, then a new person will not be created, and also if the “Update…” checkbox is checked, the found person will be updated.

Thanks for your reply, so the plugin Updates the existing Customer if found (with the “Update…” checked). The problem is that it replaces the content of fields, instead of adding the new value (multi choice list has ABC already, and I want the new form submission to add DEF. But now it replaces ABC with DEF).

Hello, I am using the Lead option of your plugin. Only I would like to export the following information from my leads: - Lead = OK - Person = OK - Organization = NO
How can I avoid creating an organization when I export my lead information?
It seems that I have to enter a character in the Name field of the organization section.

Oh… your wish was not very easy to implement.

I already wanted to apologize and inform you that it will not work to transfer real file names, but… I found a universal way to get real file names and match them with data.
Thus, the plugin now transfers the real (original file names) when sent to Pipedrive.

I authorised this product to test it on the client’s staging website.
The staging website was destroyed by the host when the website was deployed to the live site. However, your plugin is asking for authentication again with a purchase code. When I enter the purchase code, it shows this error:
“Already activated for another domain (site). If you want to transfer a license, then first deactivate it on the previous site.”
The staging website no longer exists so it cannot be deactivated.
Can you please reset the purchase code?

In pipedrive, the time is stored with the UTC time zone, so before sending the time value, the plugin converts the time value sent from the form to the UTC time zone using the method `get_gmt_from_date`
For example, let’s say that the time zone configured on your site is UTC+5 the user submits the value 18:00 from the form, the value 13:00 (UTC+0) will be sent to the piperive.
In the interface, pipedrive displays the time for you according to the time zone of your account. Suppose your time zone is UTC + 3, based on the information from the previous example, you will see the time value 16:00.
Please check if there is really any difficulty with the time? If something is wrong, please enable logging, make a test submission and provide a log file, as well as what value you sent from the form, what time zone is configured for the site and what time zone of your pipedrive account.
