I have waiting for 10 days an answer because I can´t do works the plugin and they don´t answer. I have paid for this plugin and doesn´t work.
Very bad support, they don´t answer. I have sent 3 emails in 10 days without an answer.
If you buy the plugin, you are alone and if it doesn´t work, you only can refund your money.

Hi Dear, You rated us 1 star without using support which was totally a bad strategy to demoralize authors effort. We are always here to support our customers & customer support is our key of success. If you are willing to take support please send us website credentials, FTP & phpmyadmin access at support@theemon.com & if you don't want support then you can raise refund request.
Poor customer support. Even after 11 days no response to the comment made on the plugin.
Plugin doesn't work properly and support team says its hosting issue.
While there is no issue with hosting. Even on 2 different hosting its working as the same.

This guys are really awesome !
I have knocked them for many kinds of changes and modification in our payment form .
They have done it free of charge and exactly how I wanted !
