Has many bugs and deployment runs really bad

I needed some personalization that I asked the support team if they can do it. The support said its possible with extra payments and after paying that money 3 months back I am still waiting for the job to be done.

This Easy POS and Restaurant have a lot of bugs. the author is also a lair. he always says send me an email but he never fixes anything.

I purchased this POS couple week ago but unfortunately, nothing is working as some of the files are outdated and they have an issue when you run. I tried to contact the author and he sends me his personal email saying send me an email, not the codecanyon.net and I sent him an email. now, I'm still waiting for the reply for almost 5-days.

all I'm trying to say is this author he is doing scam. please watch out.

The Best Customer support I have received so far. I bought this item and got it customized too. all features were useful. spontaneous bug fixes as soon as you send and email. amazing...!

I am very disappointed with this,I have sent a message stating that I am having issues with the application as it has bugs but the Author has not responded.It has been 14 days since and there has not been any response.I demand a refund for this as it is useless!

Nothing works as supposed, I found more than 50 bugs. The script is useless unless it is fixed.
