Hi, great plugin!... it really works! I was wondering if it was possible to limit the purchases by person, not as a global?
What do you mean by person? Can you please elaborate more?
I want to limit some items to 20 per user… Not 20 in total. So when user 1 buys 20, he can’t buy more… but users 2,3,4, etc .can still buy their 20…
It’s not possible to implement in current version of the plugin. It needs to develop new plugin from scratch.

Hello, No plugin doesn’t have this kind of functionality. It is possible with custom code.
Quick question before I purchase: after installing this, is it possible for the Sales column in main downloads list to display e.g. 2/20 i.e. how many sold and total number available? even if not as standard maybe your docs show how custom function might achieve this?

Hello, Using this plugin, Admin or vendor can limit product quantity to be purchased. There is no plugin for what you need as it’s a very small feature. We can help you to achieve what you need if you are interested.
no i am not atlking abou tproduct quanity, but number of products listed for sale. example, i do not want a seller to list more than 10 products without upgrading to nect plan

I like your plugin but there is a lacking functionality:
If a single product is “sold out”, the price label should be changed to “sold out” too.
Not only the button on the single product page…
Do you know what I mean?
In archiv pages and on single product page the price labels should be changed to “sold out” too.

I think you are talking about variable product because simple product have no price label. only button is displayed for simple product
If product is variable then by default when any variation sold out, it will show Sold Out just after variation name. something like this: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2254655/b2b7bc80e042bab45d58bcb2bff1c838
And if you have selected option “Disable product when any item sold out” in product, then if one of the variation is sold out complete product will be disabled and only Sold Out button will be displayed

But I do not mean the checkbox to check – I mean the price label shown on archive pages.

They show for example ”$5.00 – $10.00”. If a product is sold out they also show this, but should show instead “Sold Out” or only ”$10.00”, if only ”$5.00” is sold.

Users may first think they can buy it but only if they visit the single product page they see: oh, it is already sold out.
I think there should be a hook in your plugin for this function regarding this:

If you use Purchase Limit from EDD, I’d suggest to replace that one with this one. I’ve been using this for quite a while, since its beta stage. It fixes almost all bugs/limitations found in the EDD version. Besides, the author responds fast with nice attitude. Very good plugin.
