I have a question related to your plugin. Please let me know if your plugin performs the below-specified conditions.
1. When a single check-out basket is under $100 customer get 1 point for each dollar spent (the minimum point requirement to claim are 100 points they get $5 off for every 100 points).
2. When a single checkout basket is $100 + then the customer gets 2 points for each dollar spent. (Point earned on today’s purchase can not use the same day it has to use at the next checkout.)
If yes, then let me know if this feature comes in a free version of the plugin or of the paid version of the plugin.

Hi, How do I update customers by Email about the Points? does it support email marketing? for e.g how I can provide sign Up points to all my old customers and also update them through email??
Also do you have settings for “POINTS EXPIRY” as well??? which is very important.
1. Old signup users cannot get points. You can manually add points to their accounts from users. Also, plugin do not have any email marketing stuff integrated but yes, for every event they earning points, they will get notified by email.
2. Apologies, EDD points and reward do not have points expiry feature.

I’m using an online invoice system on my website. I have the option to generate automatically the invoice in Woocommerce but the problem is that the software doesn’t accept products with negative numbers. When the discount is applied does it appear as a new product with a negative number? Thanks
If you are using WooCommerce on your website, this plugin not right for you as this is an EDD extension.

I would like to use this plugin as a ‘credits’ system. For the user to purchase a monthly subscription and have ‘20’ / ‘50’ ‘100’ credits based on their subscription. Does your plugin work with the recurring payments option for EDD?

Apologies, the plugin only supports single orders and not recurring so, they will get points one time only when they purchase the subscription.

Hi, I have a pre sale question. I am setting up a stock photo site.
Upon upload i need the pictures to go to different categories. Category A each pictures “cost” 5 points. Category B each pictures “cost” 3 points. Category C each picture cost 1 point. I need to be able to sell subscription with 50 points a month OR single sale of 10, 20 etc points. Can the customer after log in mix and match as need be on these different categories based on the available points they have paid for? All of the pictures need to be downloaded in hi res with no watermark at the end. Open to suggestions for other EDD and thanks for your time.

if a 0$ download gets 1000 downloads, i can provide them 2$ or 50 points. or if a premium download (like 9$) gets 1000 downloads, i can provide them 5$ or 100 points for each 1000 downloads reached on their products.
Note: I am able to display their download count on each product page and their total downloads count on vendor page.

So i can combine the points balance and unpaid earnings from edd commissions and just show it there with some php coding. Once they request i can manually deduct everything.)

Apply discount is just like WooCommerce coupons so, yes it will work with all payment gateways.

Honestly, I was looking for a simple, straight forward and fast loyalty system with points for woocommerce. I’ve tried several already and was not satisfied with the impact on website’s speed. If this plugin doesn’t have that problem, I will definitely invest 50 bucks and buy it. Can we sort it out somehow, since I already bought it on Envato Elements?

Make sure you activated main plugin “Easy Digital Downloads” as welll.
There is no known issue so there will be another plugin or theme conflict on your site if you have properly installed it.
