So many bug, and don't work with many templates, bad looking, I try to find other solution.

If your french and use ' it had / like:
l'/été arrive, l'/hiver est fini...

for Customer Support

Like most other 1 star reviews here, the plugin is not developer-friendly or even user friendly at any level! I added close to 1000 CSS lines to make it look and function how I wanted and still couldn't achieve that! the support suck, they literally do, and they don't help you resolve any issue that you face.

I ditched it and bought CM Answers and I'm super happy finally using a plugin that works!

Don't purchase until you know you won't need a refund if it's not working, because I made a refund request 5 days ago and they still didn't approve it!

Unless you're happy with what comes out of the box, this product sucks. Not very customizable and for anything you ask customer support they have one standard answer - "at the moment we do not support this feature". Make sure to go through their support forum and read through discussions before you buy.

If you want to be abusing the rating system with false ratings you are free to do so of course. Just to let you know that this system is made for real experience with the product so other people know more about the product from people who have used it.

I have to buy the pro plugin to add the upload file option.

Everything was bugged after install, the plugin theme totally changed in front end and I had to uninstall everything and close my support right after.

After installing this PRO plugin my website went done because I couldn't fix the issues quickly enough cause all my customer started complaining.

Do not buy this plugin if you think you will just have to set a few things up before it will work.

That's the first time I'm buying a plugin over here I wish I didn't.

Wanna wate 30 bucks? Buy pro version, free is less buggy

for Documentation Quality

Documentation is non-existent and forum is ironically lacking. Author ghosts you on chat when you then ask questions try to get basic features working ‍♂️ Recommend against buying, free version is adequate for the price.

We have included the document in the download package and we have sent the document for you via email. We have tried to contact and want to understand your issue. You don't let me know detail about the issue. Just said the plugin not work and issue about the document. We have tried to contact and help you configure the plugin.

Since the support for the product expired, my WordPress backend crashes regularly at different places (not only with the purchased product), because the updater has a problem with the connection to Entvao.

Problems using it, and visual bugs constantly.

Good but could be great. Lots of little issues that make it frustrating to use. I don't necessarily blame them for not fixing them, it's not like this is a hot seller or driving enough revenue to motive them to make the plugin live up to it's potential.

for Feature Availability

Feature availability is good but plugin has some bugs to work through. Support is about a 3 out of 5 due to delays at times. Sometimes they are very responsive and sometimes not. Hope they release regular monthly update many with new feature improvements and our score may rise.

Using it since October. Loved it a lot. However, I am really not satisfied with the Profile Section. I want more data to remain there.
