u need to fix your plugin, plugin has a lot of bugs and must to upgrade to work well on the site.
I see here the plugin has old coding and it's not working well with PHP8.
As of the date of this review the customer support for the plugin is not existent. The developer seems to have abandoned any support or communication. Even on their own product page the support forum is not working anymore. Offering the plugin should be suspended for the time being until the developer decides to offer support again.
Works well. Just needs a ajax option when sending a message, so you dont have to refresh the page.

I had a big project for a Question & Answer based site, so I bought this plugin.
In the end, there were so many bugs, display problems and illogical handling of new questions that my motivation for this site fell off.
I left it a bit abandoned until recently when I discovered that the questions and answers were no longer displayed, there was only the title, so I transferred all the questions and answers to articles and deleted this plugin.
I strongly advise against this plugin...

Plugin is not very professional in the coding and support, will look for an alternative plugin ASAP.

For some reason during the review that the plugin has missed the files in the lib folder. We have fixed and let you know via a question that you submitted on our forum. We are very sad that you did not receive the best care from us.

Juste activate and it's working. Nice, simple, perfect.
Best of the ones we looked at and tried. Alternatives didn’t work even to get setup. DW QA was easy to setup and use though the documentation could be improved and process for support questions improved. Those things and the lack of a category archive prevented a 5 star rating
Unless you're happy with what comes out of the box, this product sucks. Not very customizable and for anything you ask customer support they have one standard answer - "at the moment we do not support this feature". Make sure to go through their support forum and read through discussions before you buy.
Poor customizability, poor support. Overall waste of time. Want my money back.

it has many options to customize it
Plugin that does the job, with options and documentation that could be improved.

I have to buy the pro plugin to add the upload file option.
Everything was bugged after install, the plugin theme totally changed in front end and I had to uninstall everything and close my support right after.
After installing this PRO plugin my website went done because I couldn't fix the issues quickly enough cause all my customer started complaining.
Do not buy this plugin if you think you will just have to set a few things up before it will work.
That's the first time I'm buying a plugin over here I wish I didn't.
Wanna wate 30 bucks? Buy pro version, free is less buggy

Documentation is non-existent and forum is ironically lacking. Author ghosts you on chat when you then ask questions try to get basic features working ♂️ Recommend against buying, free version is adequate for the price.
