How many levels there? Is it easy to create/customize more levels? Anyway, the game looks good.

Hi, if you have some programming skills, this template gives possibility to create more levels, but without programming skills is it not possible. this template has actually only one level enabled. Thanks for your comment : )

And here comes my constant question here that makes me hate this place?

Is it made with basic UIKit or something else like Cocos2d, Spritekit, Kobold2d or ??

I see under files included on the right it says XIB files so I assume it is not a lie and this does NOT use storyboards??

Could someone just ask these Basic important questions of EVERY Author when they submit code ??

Hi, if you look at “Inline Preview Image” you will see in red text “iOS 5.0 and Higher – cocos2d-x”. I do not see any xib file under files included. this template has no xib and no storyboard files. Pure clean programing, but also very easy to customize. Thanks

if you are interested just take a look at our other apps and games . All other Games/Templates are basic UiKit with Storyboards or .XIB files (no cocos2d) Thanks :)

Why haven’t you published a version of it so potential buyers can actually see what they are purchasing? Video is OK….but free released version of the app is always ideal.

Also, I see you clarified this was built with cocos2d-x. I didn’t see it either until I saw your answer to telegod. That being said…. it be nice to know the version of cocos2d-x used to determine it’s ease of portability to additional platforms.

I’m not blaming you for not including this, I just think code canyon should require this basic information to help potential buyers quickly decide to purchase your code or not.

some of our apps we do not publish ourself and let buyers to be the first in app store. You can look at the big Landscape Image and there is also written in red! that cocos2d-x is used. Potential buyers must look also at the Preview Image, it is much more easier and faster than to read whole description. You can copy your comment to other authors who is not doing this. I’ve made everything that buyers see it very easy. Some people do not read description, some people do not look at the screenshots, some people do not look at the preview. it is not my problem. There is everything written and buyers must look at all. Most of People here need just that code works, and needs only to publish as it is , or change graphics/reskin just with copy/paste and thats all. and for them is not important if its cocos2d-x, UIKit or any other is used. just look for other authors anywhere who is not doing that things you wrote, but not here, thanks ;)

When i submit the paid version to the app store they rejected because of the following;

PLA 3.3.12

We found your app uses the iOS Advertising Identifier but does not include ad functionality. This does not comply with the terms of the iOS Developer Program License Agreement, as required by the App Store Review Guidelines.

Specifically, section 3.3.12 of the iOS Developer Program License Agreement states:

“You and Your Applications (and any third party with whom you have contracted to serve advertising) may use the Advertising Identifier, and any information obtained through the use of the Advertising Identifier, only for the purpose of serving advertising. If a user resets the Advertising Identifier, then You agree not to combine, correlate, link or otherwise associate, either directly or indirectly, the prior Advertising Identifier and any derived information with the reset Advertising Identifier.”

Note: iAd does not use the AdSupport framework, ASIdentifierManager, or the Advertising Identifier. Therefore they are not required for iAd implementations and should not be included in your app for iAd support.

If your app is serving ads, please:

- Ensure that you have tested your app on a device, not just the simulator, and that you have removed all previous versions of your app prior to testing

- Provide us the steps to locate ads in your app

If your app does not serve ads, please check your code – including any third-party libraries – to remove any instances of:

class: ASIdentifierManager selector: advertisingIdentifier framework: AdSupport.framework

If you are planning to incorporate ads in a future version, please remove the Advertising Identifier from your app until you have included ad functionality.

To help locate the Advertising Identifier, use the “nm” tool. For information on the “nm” tool, please see the nm man page.

If you do not have access to the libraries’ source, you may be able to search the compiled binary using the “strings” or “otool” command line tools. The “strings” tool lists the methods that the library calls, and “otool -ov” will list the Objective-C class structures and their defined methods. These techniques can help you narrow down where the problematic code resides.


Yes but if you have pro version template it is also uses ad frameworks. It doesnot make sense if ads appear or not. Enable IDFA also for pro version. For pro version without ads to sell it for a price you need extended license. Not regular.

I know that the pro version uses AD framework. I submitted the version to Apple with IDFA enabled – what apple are saying is below.

“We found your app uses the iOS Advertising Identifier but does not include ad functionality. “

Because the code contains ad framework but does not contain adverts it is not valid code.

Did you made any code changes ? Send us an email and it is no problem , we will explain you how to remove ad frameworks. But you have no license to sell it for a price in App Store.

Hi, there is two versions in this folder after you have purchased this item. One version is with ads and the second version is without ads and without any pop ups for example if you want to publish it not for free in AppStore. If you want to sell this app in AppStore for a price you need Extended License. Thanks
