Unfortunately… I have tried several ways from sunday to install your program. I am quite fluent in installing a php program on a server.. However yours has issues I have never run into before… I have ensure the dedicated server I have Apache On.. and the latest time tested PHP and all the goodies are in order.. I was able to test install OPENEMR and that was flawless for testing purposes… However your 3 Step is easy to understand.. but the results are far from understandable… I would appreciate some assistance.. since It is confusing me at this point…. In our script assistants are under some doctor… so if he/she add any appointment that will be gone to his parent doctor.

Nice work here, I am finding it hard to understand your system from the demo screen.
1. The screenshot has a different menu from what I saw when logged in.
2. I don’t understand the Payment history section, why are practitioners making payment, I thought it was for the patients to make payment then the commission is deducted for each doctor appointment or whatever way to get revenue?
3.Are assistants like Nurse that can log into the system and book appointment for patients, get doctors prescription to the patient and communicate with doctor furthermore?
4. Can assistant record a patients ailment and broadcast to a specific group of doctors that can now pick up the message/patients request based on doctors availability?

1. Those screenshots are of our previous version, so that is bit different.
2. In our current system doctors as well patient can also make payment from his/her panel, if a patient make payment doctor can check and approve/disapprove that.
3. Yes assistants can manage some of the sections
4. No, in current system the hierarchy is as follow:
– Admin (can add doctors)
– Doctors (can add patients and assistants under him)
– Assistants (can manage his parent doctor’s all patients and related things)
– Patients (can communicate with his doctor and that doctor’s assistants)
so basically an assistant is under a doctor and can manage only that doctor’s patient, appointments etc.
