no bad , but need to be updated

I was pleased to find this template and was looking forward to working on that. Nevertheless, first what happened was that in the package my antivirus on my computer and then the anti-malware tool on my server detected in a couple of files virus. I was assured that I should ignore this issue. I checked the detected files and found suspicious code. Then I found out that the web channel is not included so the author of the template asked for another $45 paid via PayPal. I made the payment and received the package, however, after setup I found out that the contact and newsletter form is not working. So I contacted the author and he said that he will fix it. He sent me files for upload, but the problem hasn't been removed. Then other files and then he asked for FTP access. I gave him access and tested on two different programs whether it's working, yet the author claimed that it is not working. He did not suggest what can be done to solve this, just kept saying that it is not working. Then he said that he will send the whole code - web channel once again and that it will be fixed. I received the new files of the whole web channel and went to try this version. Again problem has not been resolved. Documentation to this is just for how to set up the website but what I was missing is an explanation of how to configure it. To this day problem on the web, the channel is unresolved. And I don't know what else will not work.
