Can we manipulate the result for our profit?
What mean by house edge? Means we can set winning percentage?
You can not manipulate the game results, they are random, but nonetheless many games have house advantage which allow to generate profits in the long run.
I don’t understand about how the house system work, means we get profit from where? Or means we can set the winning percentage? Can you provide me some article or video that explain about this?

As in a regular casino the house makes profit when players lose. So the casino profit will be the difference between how much users bet and how much they win. In some games you can change the payouts to ensure users win less than they bet.
