Thank you for developing this.
I set it up to display on a page, however, after the pin is inputted, it doesn’t redirect to that specific page, but redirects to the home page.
I just want it to redirect to the page that’s protected after the correct pin is inputted.
Am I missing something?
Update is comming for this fix
A new update is there
just purchased thought all the bugs were worked out, having the same issue as jtobkin, that it redirects to homepage and not to the page it is set for, also how to set it so that if the visitor leaves the page and goes back that they have to reenter the pin i cant have it unlocked permanently
if i use DialPad for costum page protection and want to protect 4 sites, would the password be the same for all protected sites or is there a way to have 4 different passwords for each site?
No you can for every page set a custom PIN
Hello. As of today no matter which hosting company I use to install this plugin (which was working fine just yesterday) now all across the board I am recieving the following error at the very top of my websites.
WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ’’ at line 1]
SELECT * FROM wp_dialpad_secure WHERE page_id=
Then when i deactivate/reactivate/re-install I recieve the following error on the plugins page.
“The plugin generated 1892 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.”
You can type in any number.. 4 digits and the error message doesn’t show at all and the dots disappear.
But if you goto http://www.theprojectviewer.com/cunlimited/reservations/
you can type in any number an click go and get a message about being incorrect or correct.
Can you please issue an update to the plugin or tell me how to fix this temporary situation?
I saw that someone else had the redirection issue. I want the redirect to go to the page that was blocked. Instead, it redirects to home page after successful authentication.
Please help! Thanks!
Has all communication stopped about this pluggin, is the development dead.
No i’m still here
ok Thanks, because i didn’t see any comments on the older posts, that will be confusing for future buyers.
What about a sliding door that opens up to reveal the site behind it? Like one that splits from the middle and the two sides retract. I think a few more features added to this would make this even better than it already is.
Maybe some effects in the next version
When’s the next version coming out?
Ißm not sure, because the animation effects are yet not prio …
Before I buy, I want to be sure that the user will be logged out when he/she closes the browser window? Is there any plan to offer a logout button to end the session?
When the user close the browser then it will expire his session. You can test it in the demo.
Okay. I tested this and it works like you said. Can I create a different password for each page? I have many that I want to secure.
Maybe in the next version you should create the logout option so that the user can unset his session variables and destroy cookies without needing to close his browser.
Yes, for every page you can set a custom PIN.
Can i set a pin on the user level and have it forward to a specific page based on the logged in user? For example, right now I have a data driven page that each user is redirected to upon Wordpress login. What I would like to do then is use DIALPAD to access the redirected page as a ‘PIN’ locked page. But I would like the pin to be unique to each user. Is this possible? Can the users set their own PINs?
Very nice work BTW!!
I think I see the plugin is not able to do that. Would you be avail to do some customization to get it to work as described?
You can set for every user the same PIN.
Hi Crodev, that is exactly what I would like not to do. I would like each user to have their own pin and be able to control the redirection by redirecting all to the same default link, or customizing each individual user’s redirection link. Would you be available for customization?
I’m now to busy but i will put it on my TODO list, so it will be in the next update.
Oh excellent! If I can help you plan it out, please let me know. Thank you!
Hi Crodev, just a friendly follow-up to see if you’ve given this any further consideration.
Hi Crodev, any thoughts on implementing this per user? It would be very useful for locking down specific pages. The reason why per user would be better is it can act as a simple 2-factor auth where you need it, locking down the entire website, or just a single page once a user is logged in. By giving every user the same PIN, it negates the benefit of having an additional layer of security (PIN).
I currently use PrivateContent from Codecanyon (http://codecanyon.net/item/privatecontent-multilevel-content-plugin/1467885), and would be satisfied if you integrated with their PrivatePages functionality. It would be ideal also if users could manage their own PIN from their user profile as well.
Hello Crodev, have you put any forward thought about implementing per user PINs with per user redirection?
Hi Crodev, would you be available to do custom work on this project to add per user PIN’s?
Are you interested in making a Pro version of dialpad that has some features such as per user PINS? I would be willing to contribute.
Crodev, any thoughts on this? It is a feature I think you and your users could benefit from. Let me know if you’re interested at all in making per user PIN’s? I’d be willing to contribute to its customization.
HI Crodev, Any thoughts on the above comments for per user pins?
For now, im not developing on a new version. If you want a special feature you can contact me.
I’m also highly interested in your script and want to support the previous poster about the request for user based redirect option.
I need it to set up a membership page where each user gets redirected to their account overview page after they enter the PIN.
The script will redirect to the page you define from the dropdown in admin.
Thanks for your fast reply.
So each user can be redirected to their own unique page? In other words I need to redirect several hundred users to several hundred different account pages. Can your script do this now?
You can only redirect to pages or posts that are in your WP.
yes, thats fine.
My question is if I have all my account pages already created in wordpress can I redirect users like this:
I have a single page where your script is located (the PIN page): From here
- user A enters PIN 1111 and gets redirected to account page A
- user B enters Pin 2222 and gets redirected to page B
pffff…what a joke
-there is no redirecting going on whatsoever – you can just place it in front of a page
-plus protecting individual pages doesn’t work in my wp 4.0 (your script even freezes my menu and makes my whole site unusable when trying to access protected pages from there)
Oh well, asking envato for a refund
Hi, nice plugin…
pls tell me can i customize the login page, the dial pad page in odert to be more nice? For example add a nice bakground?
and something else pls… can i have more than one code… i mean a client A has the A password, client b the b password etc?
Hello, in the docu are a description which file is for the design of the page. It is possible to make more than once code but you need a little bit of coding skills.
I have just downloaded the latest version, but it still redirects to home page. Did I miss a step.
I am still awaiting a response. If none is received I will be filing for a refund and reporting the developer as no responsive.
I’m still waiting for the URL of your webpage
I have just downloaded the latest version, but it still redirects to home page. Did I miss a step?
DO NOT BUY! PRODUCT NOT UPDATED! AUTHOR UNRESPONSIVE.
I appologize that i haven#t answer just the moment you write this. (These plugins are not my priority to get some money). Can you give me the link were you use the plugin ?
Here is the URL: https://presentwithpower.net/membership-immersion-tool/
The email for this notification just came through today. Your first reply never sent me a notification.
By the way, I really want to use this plugin. I just need it to work properly
You didnt activate the plugin on this page or i miss something ?
Why would I active a plugin that does not work?
This is a live page. When someone types in the code it redirects to the home page. This obviously is not what the client wants. Am I the only one having this issue?
How do i know where the error is when I cant see the plugin at work ? Send me then the login details for your WP-Admin then i will see what happens.
If you are still around I will activate the plugin now. The password is 2015
I have find th eproblem, please send me a PM so i can tell you how to fix it.
Hi are this live ? Because i have some questions before buy it
Its live, see the Demo Url
ok before i buy i want to ask you if i can use the pin for a url.Not a page or post but on url. Thanks in advance
Is this what you call support: https://youtu.be/4_icRa8CmAg
I see that you enter your email in the Subject field, and your lastname into the Email field. That is why you got the errors.
Thank you for your response and I apologize for my mistake of inputting the information correctly. However, that does not excuse the 404 error. NOR does it excuse being called a “dumbass” by one of your associates. I may have been a “dumbass” for filling out the fields correctly – BUT I am not so much of a dumbass to make comments like that.
Im sorry but CRODEV.NET or our Support Team have nothing to do with the comments.
Yeah, I am sure that somone just happened to be on this comment area at the time. Not to mention, I am having a background check performed on the individual who made those comments and continues to make such comments, and I am certain my associates will find a connection – I have found a logical one, pretty easily.
The connection has been found between yourself – Igor Duspara and the individual ridiculing me – Spencer Patterson. I find it unprofessional, unethical and disgraceful that you conduct yourself it such a manner and refer my support issue to an associate of yours so they can call me a “dumbass” 5 times!! @Envato – is this the type of individuals you have selling products on your site.
CRODEV.NET is not responsible for comments on your Video. Please contact the person personally, this is a place to comment the Plugin.
My video is “UNLISTED” and he is a friend of yours!!! AND I am pretty sure, my investigation will show that you are also business associates. There is NO WAY to access that video except from the link on this page – ENVATO will be able to see who has access this page…..and am I certain it is VERY few people. AND it is ludicrous that some “passerby” would come to this page, watch my video, call me a dumbass 5 times and JUST SO HAPPEN to be your friend!!!
Are you denying any connection between yourself and Spencer Patterson?
As i mentioned CRODEV.NET is not responsible for stuff that is out of our business.
Igor, you actions are unethical, unprofessional and disgraceful. It is clear what you did!! PLEASE do not contact me ever again. I am reporting this matter to Envato and WILL see that such behavior is not tolerated!! PS. Tell your friend it is best not to call me a “dumbass” – I take it VERY personally.
As mentioned behind CRODEV.NET is a support team, not only one person. You can report this to Envato, because we handle professional.
