Hi, There is not missing any file. If your installation/setup complete and properly configure db then only api.php create, It’s auto generate file. If any problem in hosting then also api.php not create.

150$ for extended licence it’s a bit steep. All I want is to be able to do it as a paid app. If it would be like 100$ for paid app then I would buy it.
