I have not tested webrtc. URL is simple textbox so you can set its property to hidden. You can also set default url directly and hide setting button so it cant be changed.

can we make this use custom dns servers
This browser is imply like an WebView App. where it open an predefined web page link as default. So yes Custom DNS can be used. depends on the web page used within application.

It needs to be inside the browser not the individual computer the browser needs to have dns servers it connects 2 or tell me what to.edit and I will do it

Yes I can help in integration but I don’t think there is any need of ad integration in .net application. You can simply integrate ad in you web page which you set as default page.
Good to know however, users must be able to select the ads they want to view on their browser, frequency of the ads, types of the ads e.g banner, interstitials, shortlink ads, video ads etc. Please let me know this possibilities and we can proceed to payment. Thank you.

can we hide/remove top address bar so that we can run a local browser based software (local web application without internet).
in that case a localhost project will be auto loaded at browser startup. and we can run a web project as a desktop project.

I have a question regarding this browser. Is there anywhere to facilitate adverts? Or how would this be monetised?
This one is windows form application so you may show some popup form or in panel. but i have no idea about how ad can be shown in desktop software.
