I have bought this plugin and tried to use it, but it does not fit the design of my website. The graphics look pretty bad and it is far from what I expected it to be.

I asked for a refund which was declined. I still think there should be a way to test a plugin or a policy about refunding when it's proves itself not fit for a client.

There was a problem with my theme and the plugin, some items didn't show anymore, after chat about the problem everything was fix't very fast

Great plugin that helped a lot with SEO and the user experience. Special mention to the great customer service as well. Had a few issues with our theme and they got it sorted out super fast and did more than they needed to (it was our theme causing the issue not their plugin).
