I have searched for ZCRM webform and WordPress integration for a while. It was a real struggle, because all the existing solutions are lack of key features, like custom field mapping, file uploading etc. I face from day to day customer needs as a Authorized Zoho Partner and I can say bravely that this plugin can do what you need.

Great customer support from Igor, he helped me overcome a setting on my server in no time at all to get the plugin working correctly with Zoho! Top service, great little plugin that smooths the CRM bridge between wordpress and Zoho CRM.

Minor hiccup at the beginning, but did exactly what it said it was going to. You may need a bit of knowledge about how CRMs work, but once you've got it, this was incredibly easy to set up and works exactly as expected. :)
