Hi friend,
if visitor submit form with firstname and last name we have contacts in db of zoho desk with fistname and sometimes without firstname. Why sometimes the value of firstname is not entered in db? the ticket have firstname, but if you go to contact and open the email of the ticket: some of them have firstname and some have no firstname. Why? We asked zoho desk support and they told me its an issue regarding our plugin:
During creation it had only the Last Name as Mueller. And was later updated to First Name and Last Name manually by API (by your plugin). Please request the respective plugin developers to first create contacts with appropriate First Name and Last Name and then associate tickets to them (with a search contact action prior to that, to trace existing contacts)
Otherwise you will have empty entry in db contacts. Can you please request them to check if they are using the search and create contact APIs during the ticket creation process via the webform?
Its usefull for his clients and also for you! Nobody wanna have empty contact fields, thats true.

Our zoho desk have 10 teams. Now we need to create an contact7 form for every team.
Is it possible to map each form with an specific team? So we will have 10 teams in zoho desk and we need 10 forms. If someone submit form 1, then we need to send data only to team 1. If someone submit form 2, then we need to send data only to team 2…

If you have a lot of agents, you will have a problem, because rules/automations are limited per account up to 50 rules/automations.

Perhaps a better option would be if you try the plugin and reproduce the behavior you need.
We need a option to send data from cf7 form ABC to team ABC. And form XYZ need to send data only to team XYZ. So each team have his own form and team abc can not see the submissions/data from other teams…

In this case, no additional documentation is required, since everything is very simple.
The settings for each form are independent. In the settings of each form, you can specify the team ID. You can specify the ID of the desired team in each form in field “Team ID”.

We have purchased and installed your plugin to connect the contact 7 form on our website to our Zoho desk instance. We have tested several times and there are no tickets showing in Zoho Desk from our form fill tests on the website. We have enabled logging and reviewed as well and the connection is working fine with no errors. We do not know what else could be the issue. Could someone please help?

I dont see zoho desk or ticket. I only have crm and three listings from the dropdown showing. They working great. I just enabled the zoho desk and reauthorize and still not seeing ticket on the dropdown.

The problem is that when the information on Contact Form 7 is filled out and submitted, a ticket is not generated in Zoho Desk.

Unfortunately, this problem is not related to the plugin.
When the zoho redirects you to a site, the zoho adds several parameters to the link, one of which contains the zoho domain (this is the usual oauth authorization process in zoho and the plugin does not affect it) – and something on your site or hosting, analyzes the parameters in the link and does not allow you to get to the site if the parameter contains a domain.
That is, when you get to the site back from zoho, then the link is of the form – https://yoursite/?param1=value¶m2=value&code=value&location=value&accounts-server=https%3A%2F%2Faccounts.zoho.com
The problem is in parameter `accounts-server`, since your software analyzes the query string and does not allow you to go to the site if the domain is contained in the GET parameter.
Please note that the parameter `accounts-server` with the domain name is added on the zoho side, this parameter does not add the plugin. This is the usual authorization process in zoho and it cannot occur otherwise – https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/auth-request.html
Therefore, the plugin is not related to this behavior and does not contain functions and does not make API calls that violate your rules.
