I never leave bad reviews on Envato. This is the exception to the rule. This plugin doesn't work at all. I contacted their customer care 6 days ago and I am still waiting for a solution.

Too many bugs. Not working with Slider Revolution on same page. Can not use with more than the name and email field. Pointless and cost me a lot of time.

Please refund!
