I cannot upload more then 3 MB of file size ?

In this case try to check the output of this PHP code:

<?php echo ‘upload_max_filesize=’.ini_get(‘upload_max_filesize’); echo ‘post_max_size=’.ini_get(‘post_max_size’); ?>

The plugin should work fine uploading above 32MB of file size in any server.

However, upload size limit issue is highly related to the host/platform server rules and PHP.ini configuration. If the host is putting constraint to the max_file_size, unfortunately you have to talk to the customer support and ask them to increase that quota, because even ini_set commnad in realtime execution will have no effect for the size limit against prefixed hosting constraint.

Another debugging tool that will help you reach into the root cause is Apache & PHP log files try to to make requests and go check the problem using time-stamp, this way you will get more informative details about your problem which can be reported along your problem to remove this upload constraint with ease.

The above two lines of commands will show you the absolute real values for your configuration, please execute them and see if they are set as expected.
