I can’t get the presets to work. I’m trying to use “Insert after first period” and “Insert after last comma” but they aren’t giving any output. Only “Append and prepend” works as intended.
How do I get the other 9 presets to work?

Does the presets appears on the config page and just don’t work on the main website, or the pressets appears on list ?, or they appear on list and just don’t load when you select it ?
Previously the support button directed me to the comment section.
Anyway, too many parts of the presets didn’t work and there was no guide – and no support.
I gave up using your plugin. Only wrote here again because I got a mail from codecanyon asking me if I wanted to buy extended support.
If you don’t want to support or maintain your plugin, then you should take it off the marketplace instead of making people waste time and money.
Ok, i ‘ve just sent the update to allow importing presets, so you can re-import the included presets that may be incorectely created. While the update is not approved, open the preset that you want to use, click on the save button even without editing the preset to refresh the code and see if it works.
