GForce is a volunteer management system built for churches, NGOs, Political organizations and similar organizations.
GForce is designed to make it easy for your volunteers to apply, join and manage their activities in your volunteer workforce. With custom application forms, event rosters, forums, resource sharing, internal messaing, Centralized SMS and lots more. Your workforce will never be the same again!
3 ROLES SUPPORTED
Department and Membership Management
Easily create and manage departments. Assign members and department admins. Department admins can view applications to join departments and approve or deny. Departments Members can be grouped into Teams for easy messaging and planning.
Event Roster & Task Scheduling
Department Admins can plan activities for department volunteers for upcoming events. Automatics reminders are sent to volunteers days before their shifts. Volunteers can opt out of shifts.
Members can easily create downloads to share resources with other members. Each download can contain multiple files and can be downloaded individually or as an archive.
Internal Messaging System
All users can send messages internally. The system has a local inbox and sent messages folder. Messages are also delivered via Email to recipients. Messaging supports uploading attachments securely. Administrators can easily send messages to entire departments at once.
Administrators can setup an SMS account on the system. We support 4 SMS gateways. Administrators can department administrators can send messages to members all from this single account. Administrators can enable or disable SMS ability for individual departments.
Department Members can create discussion topics in the forum. Replies to topics can include attachments.
