For a fresh install, admin have to set the MailChimp API, and its respective Lists and Groups for the plugin to work initially.

After personalizing the plugin, why am I not able to see the changes on my website?

This might be mostly due to the cache plugins installed on your wordpress site. Please try again after clearing the server cache.

If any server errors occur,

check if –
  • allow_url_fopen is enabled in PHP configuration (If not, ask your host to enable this, if you don’t know about it.)
  • Curl extension is installed in PHP configuration.(If not, ask your host to install this, if you don’t know about it.)

If any error message in the subscripton box -

  • Disable any extra field with ‘required’ property in your MailChimp Account

If any Fatal Error occur,

check if –
  • The plugin requires namespace support by the server. Please check your Server Configurations. If you are not an expert we recommend you to contact your host for further information and help.
