Hi, I just bought the add on and I have a problem. I cannot see any settings and configure it. The only thing I see is the top menu and a blank page above it.

Hi, I like your demo on WordPress website and like to but the full version. However, there is one major problem, even if you don’t want to put the social buttons on the forms you still load all the google and facebook js files. I have customers in China and this these js domains are all blocked, so all you do is generate a 30second delay for the payload completion. Can you tell me if the full version has the same problem?

ChimpMate includes the social plugins JS files only on demand. They ‘ll be loaded only if they are enabled.

Whenever I open any page (registered or not) the pop-up appears along with the left ‘button’ to click and open side-slide.

I ONLY want to have the pop-up appear when someone clicks on a button.

My auto-appear after 1 second is disabled and it still pops up. In “behavior” I ONLY have “open on click” enabled.

Please help this is extremely annoying…

Also, the “button” is off and not alygned with the e-mail textbox…

Hi, I purchased the plugin and am experiencing a few issues with it. I have tried to signup for your support as instructed, but after I submit my purchase code, I never receive the access details. This is extremely frustrating as we cannot use the plugin with the current issues.

I’ve purchased a while ago and used for a few sites who use MailChimp. I have a client now who just has Constant Contact – is there a way to use this but with that instead? =\ surprised there isn’t a bunch that’s supported.

ChimpMate only supports MailChimp service. However we are building a similar plugin with support for several other services including Constant Contact. Its currently in production and will take a while to complete.
Would you please specify your purchased Licence type (Regular/Extended) for ChimpMate Pro.

Hello, i have now Chimpmate lite, i have a problem that if i close the popup or suscribe and i reload the page again, the popup shows again, its posible to disapear it with cookies on lite version or i need Pro to make it. Thank you

You have the Reappear after option in the Behaviour settings under Lightbox tab which is set to 1 day limit for ChimpMate lite. Customizing number of days to reappear using cookie is only available in ChimpMate Pro.

Amazing plugin, it’s perfect for my site and I want to get it.

1) I just want to understand how the ‘Open-on-click’ works because other plugins don’t work with my theme’s button. Do I wrap a shortcode around the button or can you enter a link in the button’s target to enable the popup?

2) Also can I redirect visitors after they opt-in?

Getting Open-on-Click on ChimpMate is very simple. The button can be any element with a chimpmate-specific class name or a link (anchor tag, simply ‘a’ tag) with chimpmate-specific target (or even class name would do :) ).

And yes, you can redirect your visitors on successful subscription.

The checkboxes can be removed in the Edit Form section.
The one that appears in the Live Editor is only a preview of the theme, not the actual form that appear in the front end.
