I purchased almost all stake items from codecanyon and installed them there. However payment addon does not support on codecanyon. I purchased it too and i did everything according to your directions as “If you get Purchase code is not correct error during installation please open License registration page, input the email that you used when purchasing the Payments add-on and click Register. After that try to install the Payments add-on again.” on your document.
I could not install payment and and my main registration for platform on License registration gone as well.
Please help me and fix my problem asap.

After my payment they blocked me and i contacted with envato said that i can prove i made that payment with my card but i got an auto reply from them said that they use their discretion and my account wont be open. Now situation like that i paid 199 usd for platform to envato, envato blocked my account i have a purchase code does not work but noone send back my payment and blocked me without any reason. You got that payment and now your advice just that checking with Envato. I already did. I need a solve not advicing. Solve my problem urgently please.
