there should be some options: 1) can add candidate to any jobs from admin panel , currently only candidate can apply job from front end but what if admin want to add any candidate to some job?

2) there should also an option which employee got the candidate means when we add a candidate there also an option of employee selection field in candidate add form.

3) also there a report of which employ added how many candidate and hows there performances

4) there also an option when we add candidate from admin panel simply upload candidate resume if available and read the data from candidate resume and auto fill like skill, experience etc

hi there, great system. If there a way i can attach multiple documents to a candidate and make comment’s about the candidate that is only see by the recruiter?

This is actually in our to do list for more features. We’ll try to add this in the coming update.

New update is much nicer than previous version. However, we still do not have language translator. Please advise if translator should be in newest version. Also, any plans to add Job posting structured data for Google Job Search?

Translator issue is resolved. No, there is no plan for google job search for now.

Dear admin the Job Board category does not show up in Job Board until I change language then it appears. Its so annoying. It happen every time I log in. Please check

Thanks for send the video. We have checked it on our end and it was not happening. Then we did some hit and trials and found that the situation can be reproduced/encountered when there is no language is set as “Default”.

The system is supposed to have a default language so please go to languages and set one language as default.

Hi admin, Thank you for your help , I already set the default language but if we still have 2 languages 1 default and 1 is secondly it still not show. Unless I set 1 language default and remove the secondary language. It will show up the job board.

As in earlier email, ftp access you provided is not working. Your whole site is just perfect and it’s just a small bug as the default language in your system is missing. The sooner you provide correct access, the sooner it will be fixed. We have other customers in queue as well and have to move to them when there is a pause in communication/requirements.

Please allow correct access. The ftp user you provided is not allowed to write/update files and can only view them.

After submit form registration users stay on the same page with form values … This create confusion for my users, so they try to submit again and get error message cause of email already used …

If ‘Email Confirmation’ is set to ‘Yes’ in settings, then email will be sent the users email and the form will be reset just like any other web platform.

This might be happening because of the email settings not configured properly.

Please reach out via support form with the url where you have installed and I’ll send the solution.

Please, try registration process by phone. 90 percent of users use phone. After submit to registration form, data still stay in the fields and the message of success display at the top of the form and can be see only after scrolling up. Cause of this, many user try to submit again and get error of email already used. Many phone users have this difficult. By PC it’s Ok and easy. So, how to display success message at the bottom of form ? it’s can help me. The better one is to redirect to another page after succesful validation. Regards !
