Honestly, this plugin causes a lot of frustration. When Wordpress' database is updated, along with the plugin, the Country of Origin for the shipping field is reset to default. (which is blank). This happened twice now and it is a lot of work to go through and manually re apply my origin country where I am shipping from, within each product page. I will be looking for a different plugin now because I cannot imagine doing this reset process when I have not just a little over 100 products, but 1000's of products. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this plugin unless this issue is resolved. It is not fair to pay for support on a continuous basis for ongoing issues.

Author does not fix problems. Ignores every report or helpful hint. For example: Shipping to most countries, including UK and Germany, does not require a state/province information. Typically, only USA and Canada require it. But the plugin always needs to have something in the field for state/province. Therefore, we need to edit the shipping address every time and just add a decimal (.), for example, in order to get the label printed. Freaking annoying and reported countless times.
Too sad that there is no better plugin for Canada Post shipping either.

Great plugin for what it was designed to do. Needs more options as Canada Post changes every year.

The plugin itself is great and works. The reason for 3 stars is the lack of support. I have one question waiting on an answer for 2 months and another for 24 days. No answer. If you look through the comments, you'll see I'm not the only one. And I did pay extra to extend support.

I should have bought this ages ago! I had my renewal due for the expensive Canada Post plugin, so decided to see what was available here on CodeCanyon. This was super quick & easy to setup (except finding the API keys, but that's Canada Posts fault lol), and shipping prices are within cents of the other plugin prices, and I didn't have to setup boxes, etc. I'm now trying the the purchase label feature, but as long as it works as well in production mode as it does in development mode, I can stop using and paying for Shippo. Many thanks for an awesome plugin!
