Do you offer updates and the six months support for every single plugin in the bundle of course?
The Bundle does not offer support for every one of the items as a unit, this is by Envato rulles.
I bought the Holiday bundle but the imapper will not install.

The only thing that needs to be updated is the Content Timeline plugin with some fixes, what other update do you have in mind, as not other plugin was worked on?
Hi, why does meaning and showing the timeline content plugin version 2.36? I thought the newest version is 4.1 or minimal 4.0? Please explaine this, thanks.

I don’t shure, the plug show up the version 2.36 and this version stand also inside in the content_timeline.php. I purchased the christmas bundle. And iz shows like every features are present, but the version displayed is wrong.
If you got the new version, but its saying its the old one, than its only a string misplaced, nothing to worry about.
Left a comment on the imapper comments section but was interested to know if you can select a post as a link for content that is displayed in the pop-up/pop-in area that comes up when you click on a hotspot a) a link to be added below an image b) a link for the image and all links for a post on the site: like in woomapper

The iMapper plugin is mainly a frontend tool, to showcase a variety of content on a pin click or hover. Unfortunately, there is no feature that allows you to post images link to POSTs. On the other hand, the content BOX can be populated with content and simple HTML. So you can create an image inside, which is wrapped inside an tag, which can link to a post. But this has to be done manually, there is no automated way to do it.

Where are the promised updates for bundled version?!
Our guys are working on expanding the plugins inputed with regular updates, we will notify you and all the other users when the unique plugins are updated and than the whole bundle will be too.
RE: Under Global Settings – Chronological options – Type select Years, save your timeline and copy shortcode to your page. Years options will force the timeline nods to be placed as years.
I have updated the latest version of the plugin from your bundle and do NOT see Years, only months – is the bundle zip file for this plugin up to date please? I dont think it is….

Our bundle is still offering the old version of Content Timeline plugin, we will do the update with the most recent version of the plugin.
You can re-download the bundle and you will have the new updated version of the Timeline plugin.
Common guys its been available on the primary sales page for a while now.
I just checked again on the bundle listing download again and the most recent version of the plugin is still 15 Dec 2015!

This bundle is comprised of plugins that, just by clicking on the individual plugins, you can see have been updated. However not the bundle. How do you get hold of these updates?
I’m concerned that there could be security issues fixed between the versions available in this bundle and the latest versions of each separate bundle. Then of course there is the simple principle that we have invested in this bundle and seem to be locked out of any updates to the individual plugins.
Could you provide us with a way to get hold of the updates for each of these plugins?

I was looking for the latest version of iMapper. Could you provide a version of this, that is as recent as the actual non bundle version of iMapper?
The version of iMapper in the bundle is 2.7 whereas the latest standalone version is 2.8.1

Hi – unable to add images to the new cards. Please help, they are not loading into the cards from Add image feature. Support ticket already raised. We waited for 2 weeks for this update and really need some prompt assistance please as a client is involved.

Why is it so impossible to get support from you guys? Your product does not work as it should. Seems that you guys are selling a faulty product and instead of servicing your buyers you are waiting for our support to drain out by making us wait and wait and wait. Then when you do reply to a support ticket it’s useless – comments like “have you recently migrated your website?” – are you serious? If that isn’t bad enough – I can’t even reply to your ticket response. Why don’t you simply investigate the issues with your plugin and help us out?
