Hello.
Is it possibile to have a standalone demo for the game “BrainSpeed”?
Thank you
Hi,
yes, here’s a working live demo: http://www.coding-dude.com/wp/projects/brainspeed-online-brain-training-game/
Hello.
Do you provide also the source code for “Brainspeed” game?
Thank you
Yes, the provided package contains the full source code and documentation
Hi, we would like to integrate the game “BrainSpeed”, among other ones, with an engagement platform that we are developing for a customer. Before buying the game, we need to know if the integration is possible and if you can support us developing the integration part.
We need your game to call some functions to notify: - the beginning/ending of a game - the beginning/ending of each attempt - the update of the score - the update of the number of levels reached
Here (https://goo.gl/VML1Y1) you can find a simple project that uses a library (at the moment the library is a simple logger lib to test the methods):.
Could you please tell me if the integration is possible and give me gross estimation of the cost for the development of the integration functionalities? Thank you
Hi,
yes, I believe it is possible to make the integration. I can also offer my support, we will discuss more in detail if you decide to buy the game
hi there, can i implement this on a sub domain on its own? so i can have it as one of the games of the main website? thanks
Hi, yes as long as it is for free. If your end users are charged for the use of the game you need to buy the extended license
I like this game and tried to add it to an app (iOS) but it didn’t work. The screen just stayed black. However, adding it to an Android app worked without problems. I used Phonegap to wrap the game into iOS and Android app.
Would this be something you could look into?
hi, the game is built using js and HTML5 canvas so it works inside a modern browser on all OSs. phonegap looks quite interesting and I will look into it as to why it doesnt work, perhaps there is a compatibility issue with converting it to an iOS app
Thanks, looking forward to your findings.
Hi, I am on vacation right now but I’ve been browsing thriugh some documentation for Phonegap and it seems that if it works on android and does not work on ios it could be because you have to use the ios platform specific phonegap.js as apparently they are not interchangable. As I said, I am new to this phonegap thing so maybe what I am saying might seem silly to you. Anyway, can you send me a message and I will contact you via email in a couple of days to discuss this?
hi there, has this been made with a game engine at all? If so are the source files included? cool game cheers
Thanks! Source files and documentation are included. The game is made with EaselJS which is an HTML5 graphics library
Is there some way I can run this locally? Thinking about upgrading to the extended license if that is a possibility.
Thanks!
Thanks for the purchase!
Due to the HTML5 canvas restrictions it is not possible to run it locally, you can however install a webserver on your computer (I recommend WAMP) or you can view the game live here: http://www.coding-dude.com/wp/projects/brainspeed-html5-game/
also, if you need any extra information regarding the game, I will be more than happy to assist.
I like the idea, funny nice game! Question: how many levels are in total?
Thanks! There is no limit to the levels: you start with 4 lights in the sequence and the speed goes up from 1 to 4, then each 5 levels a light is added to the sequence. So levels 1,5,10, etc have the same speed but there are extra lights in the sequence. Levels 2,6,11, etc are faster and so on.
I can’t get over level 18 – which means 7 lights in the sequence at 125ms flicker
