I did have some bugs on some specific devices, but it's the lack of customer support and any wish to meet the client's requests and needs, that really take the cake. After ordering customization of the game elements (which was delivered in time) I asked for an apk test because of some issue I encountered on my laptop. Didn't get any answer for more than a week. I got the new apk test, with the same issue (of which I sent video proof) and was ignored for more than two weeks. The attitude was basically "you have the source code, so - you fix it yourself".
