Seems like a nice booking system. And I am interested. Are there plans to update this?

We have some doubts.

We offer tours and restaurant reservations.

The plugin allows:

1. Create calendars without employee use?

2. Allows you to create calendar without Location?

3. Allows to place the service calendar form as a Shortcode?

4. Can this calendar be assigned to a client? (ie: A registered manager of a restaurant)?

5. Do you have a panel for customers and front end users to manage reservations?

6. Does it have personalized schedules open hours & days in each calendar?

7. shows the remaining places in each slot?

8. Do you have email reminders for confirmations and reservations?

Hello, I am interested in your plugin can I check if there is any shortcode for every service? so that we can place one service one page for booking.

Currently we saw if one booking page with all services listed. Please reply soonest waiting to purchase

sorry two more questions

1. will the time slot for booking made unavailable after customer booked? because we cannot see that on your demo it was restricted for submit.

2. If I enable Service during at time slot . Will the time slot be auto if I select 12pm (duration 3hour) so the timeslot will be 12-3pm correct and this slot will be made unavailable too for next customer booking correct?

Hello. i asked before to buy this plugin this: have a pre-sale question: I want to put before the services the categories, in the demo i can put the different categories but in visual i see only all the services of that categories, and i have several services for each category but i dont want to see all in the same page i want first choose the category. Hello! Is there possible to disable login for clients?

Hi there, Pre-sale Q. I want to built a appointment system that at the last step of the booking system, ask for credit card , check if it is legit , and save the token in the WordPress database for later use if any or multiple use.

Is your plugin can do that using the stipe , Save cards for future use? To be clear stipe payments has it but not sure I can use this feature with a simple setup of your plugin or inject a code at the last step of the booking to do so?

No payment data is stored in the database, we have a secure connection to stripe and PayPal, through which payments are made and this or that appointment is booked without saving any card data.

I understand that, but is there any way to to use stripe server to save the info and having the token for us? If not is there any way to inject code at the end of booking?

Yes. Customer can visit his/her cabinet and view all upcoming and old appointments, cancel them and edit profile information.

Could you please assist and let us know if your plugin is capable of the following:

We are looking for a booking process with the following:

1.) Region/Group – The idea is to start off by selecting the option to book and appointment in a particular region/group, for example, we want to have the UK and Africa, each would have its own facilitators/lecturers and services within that group or region.

2.) Following the selection of a region/group, one would select the facilitator and then select a service. We need prices for these services in each respective group to be different, ie: different services for different consultants, the reason is we are wanting to separate services based on region/group is due to the fluctuating currency rate and we want to “round” off pricing instead of using a messy decimals and conversions scenario.

In short: Select Location > Select Service > Select Consultant > Book Appointment.

Please could you let us know if possible.

You can only create 2 new shortcodes with these locations (UKA and Africa). And create 2 buttons for these shortocdes’ pages.

Hi Team, Can you please confirm the login url from where the customer can login and see their profile or appointments without filling the form again. Is there any dashboard for them to see when they login. If yes then how can we check this (Any demo for this). Thanks

Customers, admin and employees have their own profile page. To log in as admin/customer/employee was used default dashboard login page.

Unfortunately, we only have a demo with admin rules.

Is your plugin a good fit for us?

We sell 7-night all-inclusive bus tours.

On each tour we can sell up to 20 hotel rooms (max 3 people per room) and up to 30 seats on our tour bus. So we need to track inventory in two ways:

- # of hotel rooms remaining - # of seats on our bus remaining

If either inventory reaches zero, the tour is sold out.

Customers need to be able to reserve a tour by paying only a deposit with the remaining balance due 30 days before their tour.

Pre-sale question: Hi, Is it also possible to set a minimum # bookings and maximum # bookings for an event? I only want an event to continue if a minimum amount of registrations is met and I can only allow a max certain amount of registrations per event. Is such a thing possible? Also, what happens when the minimum requirement is not met? How will the refunds be processed?

1. Yes it means that any client can make an appointment for only himself (herself) or more than one.

2. You can display it in Service description

3. No, it is impossible

4. Administrator can only disable certain day(s)
