Bookly is great! We are using Bookly for a couple of years now without any issues. The add-ons are great to expand the features.

Hello. Your issue has been successfully resolved in ticket #112128. This problem was not on a Bookly side. It was your WP theme with CSS that affected Bookly's work. We look forward to hearing from you and making sure everything works properly now.
As we can see now, you received all replies from our customer team in a timely manner. Ticket #111538 was resolved on the same day. Another ticket #111780 was merged into the same request. In the comments section under Bookly Special Days (Add-on), you've been asked to contact via support@bookly.info directly, because all technical issues cannot be resolved via public forums. We wish the frustration on your end could have been avoided and we apologize for the inconvenience when we requested for the login credentials again, but we always ask our clients to disable admin panel access for us right after the issue is solved. We do this for security reasons in order to eliminate any potential unauthorized access to the client's site. That's why we ask the admin panel access in each new ticket.
The only problem was that one of our agents mistakenly replied to your old request found in a spam folder without noticing that this issue was already resolved. Perhaps, for some reason, you thought that that was our first reply, but you could just ignore that. And we apologize for this misunderstanding.
speaking to customer support before purchasing really made up my mind this was the right addon i needed.
its simple to install and a breeze to use and done exactly what i needed it to do.

An addon does not support localization. After creating a Polish translation using provided .po and .mo files with the download files, the plugin is not compatible and does not support it.
