Good morning, I purchased che Bookly plug in with some extras but I wasn’t be able to use it, cause it took me too long to figure it out. It wasn’t easy as some people wrote. I’m asking if would possible to get a refund.

I can’t add special days. The datepicker is not working and running the newest version, 5.0, and the newest Bookly.

As per my other reply, sorry that the plugin prices aren’t on par with expectations.

However, unlike other booking plugins, Bookly PRO and all its add-ons are one-time purchases and currently include lifetime plugin updates. Hey, after installing Bookly Special Days, there are all days visible in Booksy calendar to pick up a date. Is there a option to show only special days?

Special Days will override the weekly schedule and the availability will be displayed in the back-end calendar. If you would like to see only the availability for Special Days, you will need to disable totally the weekly schedule (by setting all days to “Off”).

when entering the purchase code in WordPress, i get “×Purchase code verification is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” Other bookly plugins work without a problem.

Adding to this: the plugin does not seem to work at all. The “Add special day” button shows up in individual staff members and services (as it’s combined with the service schedule plugin) but nothing happens when I select a date or date range and press “save”.

Hello, this Add-on doesn’t work in Czech language website (maybe in other language).

Because In Czech language we have two months “červen” (June) and “červenec” (July). And when i want setup special days for 12. červenec (July), so Bookly say “Date in past”, because Bokly mean, that i want setup for 12. červen (June).

I wanted to report this error by email, but they don’t want solve this problem until i renew Support.

So i report this bug here :)

Thanks for your post.

Bookly uses WordPress translation regarding dates, weeks and months. This means that the WP Czech translation for these months is incorrect. You can correct this translation by using some third-party plugins like Loco Translate.

Is it possible to set the Time slot length in global settings to 1 hour and special days time interval to like 15 min? I do not want my default duration of services to be 15 minutes, but I want to set special days with a setting of 15 minutes.

The Special Days add-on has never worked for me. When I click on the button to add a special day, nothing happens. I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, entering the purchase code, and I’ve tried to use the feature in multiple browsers.

I have an event which will be the same for two different dates. Can I set Capacity (min and max) for both dates in the same service (special days setting in Bookly)

In this case, you will need to set up specific dates for the services (which can differ from staff members’ schedules). This combination allows you to set up a specific schedule for the particular service, so it will not affect the other services: https://prnt.sc/11c35y1.

Hi, I had purchased Bookly Pro, I would like to ask whether do you have those addons for the function i need.

I am doing a cleaning services website, and using bookly Pro.

I need every Saturday, Sunday, and Public holiday to have additional $10-$20 on top of the normal price, which addons should I purchase?

And in additions, I doesn’t want to allow the booking to be able to cancelled after my client paid for it, but I want to allow only reschedule or postpone of appointment instead of cancel, can I set this function?

Reschedule function is presented in Bookly Customer Cabinet (Add-on): https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-customer-cabinet-addon/22060627

However, it will be still possible to cancel the appointment. The only thing you can do is to remove cancellation options from email notifications.

When I have  Service Schedule add-on and Special Days Add-on and set a special day on the service, this will be the only day this service can be booked – correct?

Sorry but this does not work. The service still has other available times the users can pick. I thought a combination of Bookly Service Schedule (Add-on) and Bookly Special Days (Add-on) would work so if I set specific dates in specials days in service this service would only be available here and not also take staff members into consideration

On rare occasions i have a staff member work outside of his normal Schedule and Business Opening Hours. I am using Special Days to set the time outside of these normal hours, but it does not show on the front end. Available times were constrained by the Business Hours and/or Staff Schedule. For example. if office hours were from 08:00 – 15:00, and Staff Special day is from 14:00 – 18:00. It only shows times between 14:00 and 15:00. I would also like to show his availability till 18:00 in this instance.

This behavior shouldn’t occur, the schedule that’s added in the Special Days tab should override the weekly schedule.

Hi, I’ve downloaded and installed the Service Schedule and Special Days Add Ons, as I am trying to set up additional sessions ‘holiday camps’ on certain dates. I have followed the videos and support documents and have tried extensively different options and different ways but I cannot get the “special days” to appear on the front end for the customer to book. Keeps saying “No time is available for selected criteria.” Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
