Hi, just to be sure before I buy:

I have 2 services which can be performed by 2 staff members. Staff member A works every weekday, staff member B only on tuesday Can I set up the service schedules so that service 1 and 2 are routed to staff member A on mon-wed-thu-fri en routed to staff member B on tue? All other days, service 1 and 2 need to be routed to staff member A.

Hi, I have a staff member with several services, when I book in one I want to disable another service of the same member, this is the addon I need? Thanks

If the services are linked to one staff member, then the one service can booked one time for the time slot and the other services will not be available for this time slot.

Hi, I want to know which add-on to buy im order to arrange this:

There is only one staff member that provides two kind of services:

service A: covered by insurance company ( the cheap service )

service B: not covered by insurance, so clients pay directly for the service ( the expensive service and, therefore, a kind of service that will be available more often trough the week )

Both services would be offered only on MON, WED & FRY.

But… service B would also be offered on TUE and THU.

Can I do this with the plugin ( that I´ve already bought) or do I need Add-ons?

Hello!!!. I have a pre sale question, I’m currently using Bookly and I think this is what I need. I’m using it not for booking staff members, I use it to book reservations and book guided tours for a wine cellar.

The thing I need Bookly to do is make reservations at specific hours, for example, guided tours are only and only from monday to friday at 11, 12 and 1 pm, but on saturday takes place at 11, 12, 1 and also 4 pm.

I need to be sure that I can achieve this with this add on, so far I’m using the “staff members” as the service so I can put working hours.

Hope you can help me with this.

Hi, thanks for interest!

You can use the Bookly without the add-on to display these time slots. You just need to set this schedule for the staff member/s and only these slots will be displayed.

You might need this add-on if you would have one (or more staff members) that provide a lot services, but not all services are available all day, for example some service can provided only in the morning.

Good afternoon and greetings, I have a problem with Bookly Service Schedule (Add-on) since I can not configure fixed schedules for services, I make the changes and I save them, when I modify another, I miss the changes made in the already done, not I know what will be happening.

Hi,

You could configure fixed schedules for services if you get the specials days add-on. Once you have both add-ons, you will have a new tab to add specials days for services (similar to the one for staff members).

In case you made some changes and saved them, they should be saved. After you’ll make again changes they won’t be saved until you save them.

Something is wrong with the service schedule add on. Every time my client tries to make an alteration to one of the services “info” or service names and saves it when she refreshes the page to double check it, the schedule end times changes. Why is that happening. She is using a Mac, and there is no caching plugin or anything.

For example, she has a service that starts at 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday but then if she goes in to edit the service, after she presses save, when she refreshes the page to check to see if the changes were saved, it changes the end time so that it’s 8 am – 11:30 am instead. Which means she has to change the time back to what it was every single time she makes a new change to a service. It also does the same thing with another service that is supposed to end at 5:30pm…it changes that one to 10 am. *see pic attached.

what’s even weirder is that if I do the change on my laptop (i use a Windows) it’s fine, it doesn’t screw up the times…it only seems to happen when she does it.

Hi Ladela, as always Bookly is awsome!

Authorize.net won’t allow me to make payments unless there is a billing address. We have gone through all of the options on our Authorize account but it seems we need a billing address” or we can’t process payments.

I have noticed a few others in the comments section who have had this very same issue, is there a solution that you have given them in the past.

Usually, you don’t need a billing address to process payment with Authorize.Net, though if that’s the case then we will need to investigate this matter. I’ll inform our dev team about this inquiry.

Hi! I bought your add-on in order to give the possibility to my staff members to set different times / days slots for different services (as it is mentioned on the plugin), but now that the plugin is active, I just see a schedule on the back end for “Services” tab, but only in “general” (just a schedule to set for service, but the same for ALL staff members…), but not on the staff member profil for each services… So my staff members can’t change by their own the times / days slots for each of our services they wan’t to propose to their clients… Could you please tell us what we did wrong? Or if it’s a “normal” behavior, and so then, that add-on don’t give the possibility to staff members to set particular schedules for each services ?? Thanks for your feedback, and your support!

Ok, thanks for your reply. So then it’s not so usefull I will say, as staff members will have different days / hours for each one, of course…. And about the “Special Day” add-on ? Can we take that one to let staff member decide what days / hours are available for each service (and each members! Of course!) ?

Hi,

The service schedule add-on will help to set up some services that are not available the whole day, for example they are available only in the morning or evening, while the other services are available the whole day.

The special days add-on offers the option to add “special” days with a different schedule that will override the staff member’s weekly schedule. This option works individually for each staff member, but it changes the schedule of the staff and not the service.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have to admit that I’m a bit “lost” on all of that. So I will just explain my case, in order to know what is the best to suit what I want : we have many staff members. Each one can propose 2 or 3 services. They all added their available slots for the week (so then, in “general” for all services). But we have ONE service (on the 3 he has) that ONE staff member wants to be like : just available on Monday and Wednesday, on the morning at specific hours, and of course just for that ONE service (without any impacts on the 2 others that he has). So what is the best “add-on” or “option” to make it OK ? (and would be better also if that ONE member can set this service as he want, on his profil, and not to ask us everytime to change it for him). I hope I was clear on my request :) And I hope we can do it! As I think this is important. Waiting your feedback, it is quite urgent for our client. Thanks for your support! Regards
