what is service schedule please explain in details i am unable to understand what is this… or make a vedio so we are able to know

This add-on offers the option to set a separate schedule for a service, for example if you have a service that is provided only in the morning or evening in comparison to the rest of the services, you can use the add-on to set the schedule for this service.

i have been using bookly for a while. I updated to version 11.9 and i added the Services extension.

after i updated and added the extension i am getting this error…

Warning: array_filter() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/a1coaching/public_html/wp-content/plugins/appointment-booking/backend/modules/calendar/Components.php on line 57

I get the error when i click on “calendar”

also it seems to be running really slow now and when i click on “staff members” it does not load.

You should make sure that you removed Bookly Lite files via FTP before installing a full version. Check if you also associated your staff members with services, disabled caching plugins and set all parameters correctly. If you are sure that everything is set properly but it still doesn’t work – please, send us an email at support@ladela.com with your purchase code, screenshots and additional details of the case. You might also include the FTP and WP back-end access credentials so we could investigate and help you fix this.

Is it possible to schedule a service only by hour (ie from 9AM to 10AM) or also by day (ie tuesday and wednesday but not friday)?

Hello, I need to add multiple 1 hour time slots each day for my different services. I thought when I purchased this add-on it would allow me to do that. Can you tell me if this is possible? When I add in breaks for the slots it shows the opposite times being available.

Hi !

After I did the update on both Bookly and this addon, it seems that the Service Schedule Add-on is broken: My service schedule is 10:30am – 5pm with a break between 12:30pm – 3pm but when I try booking it shows me time slots 8am and 10am instead of 10:30am and 3pm as it was before. (Service duration is 2h)

How can I fix that ? It’s urgent because our customers can’t book anything until it’s solved.

i can not add break as i wish in service schedule. this only show some hours not all hours between start and end time.

Does this plugin allow each service to have unique value set for: “Number of days available for booking: Set how far in the future the clients can book appointments” – if not can you please add this ability.

Hello I bought this Add On because I wanted to created a service for a specific time, from 6am to 10pm (Sunrise Tour). But when I add a Bookly booking form to my page for this service it doesn’t recognize the timeframe, it’s always based on staff member time. I deleted all services and staff members and started for scratch, but I can’t get it to work for the timeframe for specific service I want. Best Regards

Hi, Guy!

So, I bought this plugin and I have a question.

How Can I put differents time for each service? Example: Service “Tomografia” = 15 minutes, “Ultrassonografia” = 10 minutes, “Doppler” = 40 minutes.

I have diferent times for each exame.

I put in Settings 5 min and in each exame (service) the specific time.

I’ll for your answer.

Hi, I just purchased this plugin and it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I set the staff members schedule from 8am – 5pm for all of the basic services, however for the training service I set the schedule to 9am – 5pm because training starts at 9am not 8am but the calendar is still showing the time slots from 8am for the training service for some reason http://www.luxelashbeauty.com/bookings/

Please check if there’s any staff member that is working on Saturday for these hours, otherwise there’s no staff member to provide this service for the set time.

Hi, i have installed bookly and the addon to restrict service times. The customer cannot find any classes. Could you take a look at my site for me?

Hi,

The service schedule will offers the option to set a different schedule for a service (in case you have morning/evening services for example), though a staff member is still needed to provide the service. If you set the hours when no staff member is available for booking then nobody will be able to provide the service.

Hi Alex, I have set the service and the staff member is there full time but it’s not working as intended. I actually think the plugin may be broken. It works great without the service schedule but with it, it doesn’t work correctly.

I just want to create those classes to match the timetable, would have thought it was really simple ?

Hi I’ve used Bookly a while back before you offered addons for the plugin. It was a really nice plugin.

I have a new project

I would like to setup a motorhome booking system. The motorhomes would be booked for days instead of hours.

I would also like to increase prices for certain days in the year. So week 30 would be double the price .

Is this possible with Bookly and the new addons you offer.

Currently these features are not supported, the longest duration of a service is one day and there’s no option to set variable pricing.

If you want a service that will be available only on this date, then you need to link this service to staff member that has his schedule disabled and has an added special day with this date and time.

Hi, I would like to schedule a one time meeting for a specific service, for instance on sunday 26 february at 10am for service “Seminar”. Is bookly service schedule the best plugin for this tweak? Or should I better change for bookly special days?

In case this is a one-time event you need the special days add-on, you’ll need to link this service to a staff member that has his schedule disabled and has an added special day with this date and time.

Hello, I’m having trouble making the setting of service schedules. This is the scenario:

1 – Business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm

2 – Several Staff Members whose schedules are 8 am to 5 pm with brake from 12 pm to 1 pm

3 – I have 2 services, each one lasts one hour, and has different hours of service

Service A) 8:40 am and 3:40 pm - For this I create the following schedule: Mon-Fry 8:40 to 4:40 with a brake from 9:40 to 3:40

Service B) 10:00 am and 1:40 pm - For this I create the following schedule: Mon-Fry 10:00 to 2:40 with a brake from 11:00 to 1:40

But at the front end, these parameters are not being processed, - > The plugin shows different time slots for each service - > Only shows morning time slots - > Shows the first time slot at 8 am (office opening hours) but does not respect that the service is only offered at 8:40 am

After you set up all schedules and breaks you need to enable this setting: Service duration as slot length and we’ll need to apply a fix so please send us an email to support@ladela.com with this inquiry and the purchase codes, and the slots should be displayed according to your needs.
