Dear Customer Service!

I tried to enable the plugin but I get the following response:

“Bookly Service Extras (Add-on) The plugin has been deactivated.

Bookly Pro v6.7 is required.”

Even after updating Bookly Pro, only version 4.9 is the latest version. Please fix the error, because you can’t turn it on like this.

Hi, We purchased your plugin and had our developer implement it into our booking system, but we have a couple of questions: - How can we make selecting an ‘extra’ a required action before progressing onto the next stage? - How can we limit the amount of extras the user can add based on the number of persons chosen in the previous selection? (IE: Appointment for 2 persons, only 2 extras can be added?)

We would expect these to be a setting somewhere yet we cannot find it. Thank you- Bookly Service Extras (Add-on)

Hello,

checking the comments, it’s been 5 years an obvious problem has been brought to your attention and regularly brought again: adding extra duration doesn’t change the total duration on the frontend of the form.

If I sell a 2h service and customer adds 1h extra duration, there’s no way to show he’s going to book 3h. He still sees 2h, despite he will pay 3h the system does take 3h into consideration to show relevant availibility.

It doesn’t make any sense there’s still no way to show the total duration of service on the booking form.

We just need something like {total_duration} and problem would be solved.

I have a probleme with bookly pro, addons installed also : bookly services extras & bookly locations. In the form appear when I deselectionate Gift card and I save, it appears again, impossible to desactivate, could you tell me if this is a bug and how to solve it please?

I need to explain my project :

Societe than rent Paddles for customers in 5 differents location (beach). There are 3 collaborators to deliver the paddle to the customer. 1 collaborator (Baptiste) can deliver all the 5 locations, et 2 others collaborators (Laura & Jeremy) only 2 or 3 area to deliver. With the addon « collaborative services » can I force the collaborators for a deliver area (Laura & Jeremy) in first, and after ask Baptiste only if Laura & Jeremy are already book for a shipment.

I bought the Bookly Services Extra The society has 20 paddles in total to rent, I didn’t find any unit management system in your plugin, we can choose ho many paddle to rent max by booking, but if all the paddles are already rent, so anything availaible, how can I lock the renting in your system until there is another one padlle avalaibable ?

I Bought Bookly Locations also, just to let you know if you need this informations.

You can use the Cart (Add-on) to book multiple services in the same booking session.

Hi, I exactly did like you told me, so I bought cart add-on, and add all paddles like service, and other problem, because we choose service before to choose the day and hour than we are available, for exemple if someone ask for 1 paddle and if this one is already booked, your system doesn’t propose another paddle available, because all the paddles are the same, now I have 5 add-on already buy and anything work. Do you want an acces to my website to see how the system is build? To Solve it, your system should not propose a service than is not available

Does this add-on allow extras to be added to one service and not another?

I have a service I would like to add an option to add extras, but the other service I don’t want to include that option.

Can I do this with this add-on?

Hi in the booking system are two errors that bother me. When the customer chooses a service and selects an extra in the next window it shows the sum added but in the last window it shows only the amount of the first service. secondly in the booking confirmation which is sent with the mail also only the name of the service is shown without the extra.

1. Please make sure to use the {total_price} code instead of {service_price} in the Appearance section.

2. You can add {extras} code in your email notification template to show the titles of extras purchased with the appointment.

The UI for the extra services is completely wrong when there is a minimum and maximum amount. There should be buttons for adding and removing the amounts that are defined by the + and – buttons. The way it is today, you have to click on the field with the number to add the quantity and there is simply no way to remove it except by returning to the previous screen.

Is there a way to make it so the Extra Addon Options is shown after the time is selected? I have the services section (1) not visable on my site and the booking process starts from the time selection section (2). So i need to be able to select where this plugin is used.

So $89 for the “Pro” version.. and then another $49 for Custom Fields.. and then another $49 for adding Services?

There is no additional charge for adding Services. Bookly PRO allows you to add an unlimited number of Services and Staff Members. Or do you mean Bookly Service Extras (Add-on)? Then yes, all additional add-ons should be purchased separately.

Hi, In the service extras section, the user needs to set a value that multiplies the cost of the product plus extras they’ve picked by that number (ie if total + extras is 40, and they set the final extra to 4, the total cost of the extras should be 160). How would I go about accomplishing this.

I’m afraid there’s no possibility to provide an option to set a value on the Extras step. Regarding your inquiry, you can create one service with a max quantity of 4 units and set the price to 40.

I am unsure why when customers book extras, it doesn’t show up in the Calendar short code. For example:

In the backend Settings Tab for Google Calendar, this is what it is:
