I have bought this plugin but when i add extras to a service, it initially saves but when i go back into the service is is not there? I have tried many times but the extra does not save when you save it!

Hi, I bought Bookly a few months ago and had it working perfectly. I deactivated it and reactivated it and since then, I am being asked for the purchase code. Each time I enter, I am told that it is not a valid purchase code. May I please have it rectified? Thanks.

Hey, I have the core plugin – can I use this add on to offer discounts to members who are booking a service? Or is there a way I can offer individual cart discounts on bookings? I’m currently using Coupons, but the coupon options are very limited…

Hi, thanks for interest!

The extras add-on offers the option to created additional services for the “main” service that customers can choose over the “extras” step. Currently coupons is the only option to offer discounts for customers.

Please access settings -> service extras -> and check there if the “images” option is enabled. If it is but the behavior persists then send us an email to support@ladela.com with this inquiry and the purchase code so we could look into this matter.

Hi, no idea if this has to do with the add-on, but all of a sudden my woocommerce integration doesn’t work anymore. My clients are charged the woocommerce (dummy) article and not the bookly price. A week ago this wasn’t the case!

Hi Ladela, the “Extra” Add-On really is nice!

Once an Extra has been added the sorting of the Extras cannot be changed anymore, neither in the specific service, nor in “all Services” ... is there a solution to this?

You can change their position by drag and dropping in the service that you added these extras.

I understand that taxes are not natively included in Bookly. Do people currently get around that by using Woocommerce to complete the payment side of the transaction?

first problem is the traslation with poedit dont work. second problem I think is a bug because the number of extra service dont see in google calendar.

Hello,

I purchased the Bookly plugin along with the extras add-on in hopes to utilize it with my business but unfortunately without the ability to remove the customer’s phone number input my clients have been turned off to my business. My clients are online streamers who have to be highly protective of their personal information, due to the nature of their business. Since the phone number input cannot be removed and it is unusable for me with it, I would like to receive a refund for my purchases.

Hi!

Quick question, how can I get a receipt sent to the client with the service purchase when using stripe as a gateway? The automatic receipt sent from stripe includes the amount charged but not the name of the service? (i.e if a client book/purchase a carwash stripe sends out a reciept with the amount but no where it says what the amount is for?) Kan bookly communicate that to stripe? Or can a receipt be sent automaticly from bookly?

This looks like a feature we haven’t implemented yet. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. Currently this is not supported, the customer will have the information about the booked appointment and payment in the notification he will receive after successfully booking an appointment.

How will this plugin respect padding time and prevent scheduling conflict when extras + padding overlap with the next booked appointment.

The plugin will take into account the padding times for an appointment that is booked on the front-end, event if it has extras.
