Presale Question:

If I only have service in my hairdresser, for example: Haircut with a duration of 30 minutes. Can I make this service come by default and the customer goes directly to choose what extra service you want, without having to select the only basic service available? For example, washing, keratin, nutrients, etc.

On the other hand, I imagine that the plugin leaves the detail of what extra services each user acquired (in an Excel exportable file), right?

The plugin adds the extra service chosen by the customer to the appointments list and can be exported in CSV file format.

I have a problem with the extra services, because when adding extra services, the duration of the reservation does not increase and only the base duration of the service continues to appear. All the rest is very good, only for me it is fundamental that the duration of the reservation increases based on the extra services that the client wants to add. How can i fix it?

I am afraid I am not getting the request. Could you please clarify it.

P.S. If your extra service has a duration, then the duration is added to the duration of the core service.

This is the problem in talking to you. My extra product doesn’t apply extra time. The total of the Apoitment its just from the service. Please can you check it?

I have tours that I sell and have different prices for adults, consessions and children. Can I set the service to £0 and then use the extras options as adults, consessions and children? I think I can but can I force the user to pick at least one extra. Otherwise is there a better way of doing this?

Currently, this functionality is not supported, there’s no option to set up different pricing for the same service.

hi guys, i installed woocommerce in an attempt to get apple/android pay to work with bookly. when i gave up and uninstalled the woocommerce plugins, i noticed that under bookly payment settings, all payment options except paypal and pay on site have disappeared. what am i doing wrong? i have reeenabled bookly cart.

also – are you aware of any way to get apple pay to work with your otherwise nice plugin?

2) Currently, if you want to use payment gateways that aren’t supported, you can use them only with the WooCommerce integration or by customizing the plugin.

Hi,

I have been 3 days waiting for answers for this: Apparently, it does count the total service times (Basic + Extra) but the hours scheduled with extra service do not consider the calendar of the reservations without extra service, so for the same worker, 2 reservations can be generated in parallel to the same schedule.

I attached a screenshot of my calendar where confirmed reservations are observed for the same worker taken for the same schedule. How can this be possible?

Hi, I noticed that “Support for Bookly Service Extras” data is not included in Google Calendar. How can I make this data included in the Google Calendar?

The Extras should be displayed in the Google Calendar. If the Extras do not synchronize, please, do the following:
1) Update Bookly to the most recent release;

2) Update the Redirect URI in Google developers console;

3) Disconnect all staff members and connect them back;

If these steps do not help, please, send us an email to support@ladela.com with this inquiry, ticket number #61771, the purchase code as well as access to the admin panel, so we could look into this matter.

How do i change the default text in the extra’s section of the booking process that reads: “Select the Extras you’d like (Multiple Selection)” to something custom?

hi, I have a pre-sales question. For an Extra, can I set a maximum quantity? For instance, some services will allow a quantity of 4 extras but some will only allow 2. Is this possible to configure?

Hello, I have the extra bookly plugin but I have extras with a fix price, and I have extras with a price by children, so how can I make the difference please ?

Currently, there is only possibility to set a fixed price per Extras. There is no possibility to distinguish between adults and children, you will have to create an extra for each one.
