HI, I have just installed the plugin and added my first extra ,but it does not appear on the booking form and when i go back into the service, it has disappeared. This happens every time i try to add one! im building the site locally so cant show what i mean! ;-(

Hello, I already solved the plugin 13.3 update, I am writing again because I am in the process of building my website, but the plugin they buy is not useful for what I want to do, would I have the option to change to the localization? I enclose my proof of purchase again.

Sorry, but your inquiry is a bit unclear. Currently, there is no the option to change Bookly’s Localization. If you want to use the plugin on several websites, you’ll need the Multisite add-on.

These images are automatically resized for a better user experience for customers that book appointments. If you want to display a different image, you’ll need to change it on the server to an image with a better quality.

Hi, We purchased the Bookly Service Extra and Recurring Appointments (Add-ons) however they are not working with each other, we have to disable Recurring Appointments for the booking to proceed, if both extensions are activated the booking platform breaks after the third step, please help asap. Please update Bookly to the most recent release (13.3). In order to install this update, you need to download the plugin from codecanyon and install it via FTP.

David here, i just emailed the support email. I just bought two extensions from you guys and they are not activating.

What happens is, one will activate then when I go to another page and go back to the plugins page, the add on plugin is disabled.

This is a major inconvenience, as we need to have this integrated into our site asap. I am waiting for a prompt reply. We thought this was out of the box plugin..

In the Settings for Extras I see a checkbox for “Summary”, however when I create an extra within my Service there is no field to enter a summary in. I would like to be able to describe the Extra, so a summary would be useful. Does this exist and I’m missing it?

The summary field will be displayed in the Extras step, and it will display the service price (if a staff member is chosen in the previous step) and the prices of extras.

Hello, I’m just wondering if there is a way to do hourly rates instead of just flat rates? Also, is there a way to do recurring appointments? I know you can add multiple time slots but is that the main way of having people sign up for a service “monthly” or “bi-monthly”? Is there a way to tie in discounts based on frequency of service that they sign up for?

1) Bookly is designed to work with flat rates, though with the extras add-on you could add an extra service with a duration of one hour and set the max quantity for a bigger value – so it will simulate hourly rates.

2) You need the recurring appointments add-on to book recurring appointments.

3&4) Currently, this functionality is not supported.

Hello!

I am using Bookly for a driver’s testing website. They want to have a price add on for a rental car/cycle, but the vehicle isn’t available at all times. Is there a customization with this add-on that would allow me to make the extra item available on specific days/times/etc?

I am trying to set a pirate ship to be able to book up to 16 people for $10 and then add $10 per person that want pirate hat and sword. How can I do that? Example transaction: 5 adults might want to ride without buying pirate gear with 5 kids that want the hat and sword.

In case to set additional products for your service, you’ll need Service Extras add-on.The Service Extras add-on allows you to offer extra services, goods, or options to tweak the service (e.g. with more special and/or more expensive tools).

The extra that the customer buys will affect the price and the length of the appointment, but cannot be provided in separation from the main appointment that the customer is booking.

Example: 16 passengers X $10 + an add-on of $10 X 8 passengers = $240

Currently, such an option is not supported, the only way to make the purchase you wrote about earlier, is to book one appointment for adults (without extras) and a second appointment (for the same time slot) for kids with one extra service – that will be applied to each customer (kid).

A different approach would be to create a service with a capacity for one customer, add just extras for additional persons and costumes, the trade-off is that once a group books an appointment – this time slot will no longer be available for booking.

I purchased the Bookly Plugin before the Service Add-On plugin and have my services already set-up.

I would like to know if I can set up Add-Ons once and then use something like a checkbox to activate them for different services, or for a Service Group?

The documentation is sparse, but it appears to me so far that I have to re-create each addon for each individual service. It is a lot of unwanted labour on my behalf.
