Hi,

I am the #1 purchase of this add-on. However I can’t get it to work properly.

After installing, the “Quantity” field doesn’t show neither in the Appearance settings nor in the front end, where upon inspection says “display: none,” for the Quantity field.

I have enabled Quantity in the backoffice, where I am using [bookly-form hide=”categories”].

Hi, I have Bookly and really like it! I wanted to ask if one of these add ons allows clients to book multiple visits throughout the week at once. Lets say they wanted monday, wed and friday all at the same time?

Recurring appointments are not supported by any of our add-ons yet.
Feel free to check our new demo presets, probably one of them has functionality that is similar to your planned booking scenario.

Hello,

I have purchased both the Bookly system and the multiply appointments add on. Is it possible to custom extend the plugin to have a minimum number of appointments to book? Our service requires that users book a minimum of 6 weeks when signing up. Thanks!

Hi,

Another question from the newbie digging around trying to get a new website up and running…

Is there a way in Bookly to have a service “package” of multi treatments? So a customer would go to book a specific type of treatment but wants to purchase a package of 6 treatments, which we sell at a discount. The first appointment the customer books will reduce the number of treatments left to 5. The next would reduce it to 4, etc.

Can Bookly do this? I know it keeps an appointment list but this is one step further. I have purchased Extra Service add on and am using it but this doesn’t appear to be anything that can be done there.

Any advice on where to find this feature or a “hack” to force it in the system would be appreciated.

Discounts for quantity are not supported as you know and there is no such deposit packages functionality unfortunately. This sounds like some kind of deposits of bookings.

No, it’s not a deposit situation. They are outright buying a package with a specific number of services in it, i.e., 6 facials. I’m asking if Bookly can support packaged service bundles that would keep/show a declining balance for remaining package services for that client which are NOT booked. So if they are on the website and look at the appointment list, they might see that they have booked 4/6 facial appointments and know at a glance that they have 2 remaining. I’m guessing the answer is no—this is a feature that Vagaro offers a partial implementation of so if the answer IS no, how do I request consideration of this feature in the future. I know that ours is not the only salon, massage facility or esthetician’s studio that has need for this feature.

Deposit type of purchase in this case would include purchasing a package of appointments (like depositing the total amount) but not using all of those now. There is a link to that feature request in my previous comment. I’m afraid that it all depends on our development team’s resources. And there are features and fixes of a higher priority in the development process at this time.

Hello,

I just realized that I never got a confirmation of a request I tried to submit earlier. I’m having problems with the Extra Services add-on. It’s not displaying extras in a grid, rather it’s just a long single column running on and on down the page. Yesterday, the Extras for the Collagen Facial were displaying correctly, today they’re incorrect too. Example: https://jansen87-gmail.tinytake.com/sf/OTE5ODU4XzM4OTEzOTc

Also, it appears that sometimes as I put the services in, the list is precisely as I input it. Sometimes there are duplicates of what I input. I just now found several items in a list that there were THREE of them! I’ve corrected it but this has to be a glitch of some sort.

Our website is not published yet. Here is the tempy URL for the Facials page that I’m currently having these problems with. Any of the facial services in the top 2/3 of the SERVICES drop down will show you the problem, at least as it’s occuring in my Chrome browser. The bookly form is at the bottom of the page.

Its not possible to change positioning of Extras.
This might be a glitch of the internet connection, sometimes I post a comment, it doesn’t update and then I click once again and there are 2 of them. Please, re-login and clear cache before testing. I recommend you to make sure that there are only necessary Extras added for each Service. Try uploading twice smaller pictures.
If you are sure that you have set everything up correctly but it still doesn’t work – please, send us an email to support@ladela.com with your purchase code, screenshots and a detailed description of the case. Also include the FTP and WP back-end access credentials so we could investigate and help you fix this.

Actually, today the “hamburger button” is visible for service extras and I can move things around on the back end - they are lining up on the front end in the order I’ve moved them to so that feature actually DOES exist. I’ve manually deleted the duplicate services that randomly popped up. I’ve changed the picture sizes down to 150×150 max. Still all in a straight line column of single items but they are in the order I specified on the back-end. Will have to try to update the plug in - I just bought and installed it a couple of days ago but I’ll give it a go.

I tried out your demo and set a 6 hour block of time fir an appointment. I got am email confirming each hour separately, is that a bug or working as intended?

That is not a bug as usually notifications are being sent for each appointment separately. Though you might navigate to the Cart tab in Settings and enable Combined Notifications feature. Go back to Email Templates and scroll down. You’ll see the templates of combined notifications with own codes for those times when customers submit more than one “timeslot” at a time.

Hi, I have purchased Bookly and am using it for a client. Client is using an iPhone 5 to manage his appointments, however he is running into a lot of issues as follows:

Unless he is in good 4G coverage, the data overhead is making it difficult to manage the bookings.

When he is in good coverage, he is complaining that he cannot click on the date field and it is taking 20-30 attempts to do so. From my testing on iphone 6, there are definitely issues with which window scrolls when you try scrolling – sometimes it is the wordpress window behind the active window and sometimes it is the window for the new appointments. On the iphone 5 when this happens there is less real estate available and lots of times, it is not possible to get to see all fields or scroll to them.

Can you please investigate as these are serious issues for the client and make the app unusable.

Hello :)

Couple questions if possible.

1) Just purchased the Multiply Appointments add-on, but I cannot get it to work. So I see in the Settings you can choose the consecutive appointments, which I have left to the default 10. When I go make the test booking, it shows me only 1 day in the Calendar even though I choose several “quantity”.

2) In the main Bookly plugin, can we alter the format of the HTML notifications? If so, how?

1. It means that there is only 1 day available when it is possible to provide selected service 10 times in a row. Make sure that you have enough days set in the parameter “Days available for booking” in Bookly Settings.
2. You should expand each notification template at the Email Notifications page, edit the text and save changes.

Yes, but the appointments are booked one after the other, customers can book several identical services in consecutive appointments.

Hello I have a question to multiply addon. If I want to reserve an appointment and I want the appointment once per a week in a same day. Can I get it with this addon ? Or like in your live preview on a website. Addon just reserve it in a row at the same day ? What is not suitable for my situation. Do you plan add such settings to this multiple addon which are able to reserve the next appointment to the next day or week?

This add-on has a different purpose, it will “multiply” the same service, so it will book more appointments sequentially for the same day. You asking about recurring appointments and at the moment this feature is not supported.

Hi!

I need a way to automate the booking process for desks in a shared office. In essence the functionality I need is very simple, as there is literally one service, and no staff members. I’ve had a play with the demo version of Bookly and it looks really good. (I substituted Staff Members for desks and Services for duration required), but I need a way to allow people to book a desk for a whole week, a whole month, or several months at a time. Could you please suggest a way to do this (perhaps using the multiply appointments add on?) as there are different rates for each duration, for example $5 an hour, $20 a day, $100 a week, $200 a month, but I couldn’t work out how to set these up. Please advise! If the system works I would like to use it for other shared spaces.
