Hello! First of all I apologize for my English, since it is not my language. I bought the plugin multiple appointment with the intention of getting more records for the same space of time. I need that every hour of reservation be for a total of 20 places. To do so, it is contracted by groups. The groups are groups of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16, 20) and there must be a maximum of 20 people. How can I do so that I can make reservations for example from a group of 16 and a group of 4 (total of 20) or 5 groups of 4, or 2 groups of 8 with 1 group of 4 (total 20 too) for it to work? Hi, When a customer books the same service for multiple hours in a row, is it then possible to send 1 email to the administrator instead of a mail for every booking :-)

Yes, you could enable the combined notifications for this scenario. You need to enabled them in settings -> customers and in the email notifications menu.

Hi Ladela-support im having an issue at the moment. I have a service with a lenght of 24h and padding time of 12h before and after each customer. But if customers book multiple days they are getting fx 1. januar 3. januar 5. januar 7. januar Instead of it just insert the padding time before and after each order. Is there a fix for this?

We apologize for the late reply, for some reasons we didn’t receive the notification for this post.

In case the service has a duration of 24 h and also 12 h of padding time before and after the service that means that whole duration of the service will be 48 hours – this is reason these time slots are being displayed.

Looking to possibly purchase this. Can I allow the user to purchase multiple appointments but select multiply timeslots and NOT treat it as one long appointment?

Can I create non-consecutive appointments? Example. A therapist appointment, that the user can purchase a number of at a time and then schedule each appointment for a seperate date?

I’m having trouble with the amount calculated for the item total when multiple appointments are purchased. So if someone purchases a multiple appointment and then goes back and gets another package of multiple appointments and adds to the cart, the totals don’t appear to function properly. All of the items have the same total amount, which isn’t correct.

Please check the codes from the booking form, you probably need to add this one – {total_price}, which can be done in the appearance menu.

The total price tag isn’t working. I added it to the woocommerce plugin settings in bookly. It is just showing the {total_price} code in the cart without populating the field.

This code is not supported for the WooCommerce cart. You can check the supported codes in settings -> WooCommerce -> cart item data.

Is it possible to book multiple session with different information?

For example, the appointments are 1-day length up to 20 appointments per day.

Customer 1 needs 2 appointments on different days with different addresses which are on of the required fields.

Customer 2 needs 3 appointments on the same day with different addresses.

Hello,

we have the bookly plugin already and use it for scheduling lessons.

Now the customers can book one lesson at a time and use the book more button to order more lessons.

Can we use the Multiply Appointments add-on to allow the user to select multiple time slots (lessons) at one step and even book recurring lessons?

Bookly Multiply Appointments add-on is suitable for booking several identical services in consecutive appointments. With this add-on, clients can determine the length of the service.

Bookly Recurring Appointments add-on determines the repetition interval and the number of recurrences or last date, and a series of time slots will be booked.

If you want to let your clients book different services in one step, you enable Cart option (Settings > Cart > Enable).

I’m having trouble with total time calculation when multiple appointments are purchased. for example duration is 15 minutes. and customer add 3 multiple appointment at 9.00. and {service_time} will appear as : 9.00, 9.15, 9.30. It’s so confusing. It’ll better if service time at 9.00 for 45 minutes.

And how to disable multiply appointment on selected services? couse it’s very important for me. I’m a dentist. I use this addon for multiply tooth filling. but it should not appear on denture or bleaching.

And it’ll be better if multiply appointments have different service time. For example on 1 tooth filling i spend time for 15 minutes. but if 3 tooth, I spend time only 35 minutes ( 15 minutes + 10 minutes + 10 minutes ). Thank you very much.

Hello,

I have bought Bookly Multiple appointments, but I’m afraid it’s not useful in my case. I want than client can select at the same time, for example, an appointment on January 2 at 10 h. for a service, another appointment on day January 5 at 11 h. for the same service. So, I need to know: Is it possible than a client select several appointments at a time in DIFFERENT DAYS?

The multiply add-on provides the option to book more appointments for the same service in a consecutive order. In case you want to book more time slots for different days, you could use the built-in cart. Customers can add more services to the cart before proceeding to the payment step.

Thanks Alex, but please, can you tell me what exactly is “built-in cart”?, you mean the button “add another reservation”? And then client go back to select services again… So appointments in differents days in only one time (the customer chooses several days at once) is not possible…

I advise you to look into our demo (both, front- and back-end): https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo/2/. You need to enable “Cart” in the settings (Bookly > Settings > Cart > Enable), save the changes and refresh the front-end. The cart option will allow the customers to book several services in a single step (services can be booked for different days and time).

Hello, We recently bought this add on, but we can’t figure out how to let the user select multiply appointment. We now have the quantity field which is perfect but it only let the user have one long appointment and not , as a state in your plugins information: “Several different appointments”.

Are we missing something in the plugins interface, how can we let the user chose 3 quantity but select 3 dates as well for the same services.

Exemple: Services 1 = 1 skype session (1 hour ) 10$, chose 1 date. Services 2 = 3 skype session (1 hour ) 20$, chose 3 date. Services 3 = 5 skype session (1 hour ) 30$, chose 5 date.

Please, go to Bookly > Settings > Multiply Appointments > make sure the ‘Max quantity’ field is filled with the maximum multiplier value the customer can select.

Hi there is a small bug with this plugin – when you multiply an appointment it also seems to multiply the padding time -

So we close at 8pm (our appointments are 1 hour), and these are the results: 1 appointment, last available time is 7pm (correct) 2 appointments, last available time is 5.30pm (should be 6pm) 3 appointments, last available time is 4pm (should be 5pm) 4 appointments, last available time is 2.30pm (should be 4pm)

etc.

I think it isnt taking into consideration the continuity of appointments??

I meant to say to delete/remove the codes from the “details” step so you won’t have duplicating service name, price, time and dates: {service_name}, {service_price} and others.

Hello, For some reason, this feature was not working with my settings (“time slot length” = 5 min, 15 minutes for my service duration, “service duration as slot length” enabled) before. I was told that I need to set my service duration to 20 min. I was wondering if this issue has been resolved.

For this inquiry, you have two options: set the duration of the service for 20 minutes and remove the padding times or disable this setting: Service duration as slot length.

Eg – if client has booked 4 hours or more, the rate is reduced?
