Hi team!

I wonder with this extension, would be possible to have the same services and same staff, but the booking placed in different sites, as well as different email notifications, specially where the emails are sent from?

No, it doesn’t work this way. Bookly on each site works independently from each other, there’s no option for global services and staff members over the whole multisite network.

Is there an option to send only 1 email per customer while they select quantity to more than 1 ( 2,3,4,...)

Hi,

Yes, you could use the combined notifications for this need. You’ll need to enable it in settings -> customers and then in the email notifications tab. It will send one email notification with all the booked appointments in one table.

Thanks for your support. Is there a way to combined appointment time slot in the Backend. So i could just approve an appointment once, currently it needs to approve time slots separately.

No problem, we are glad to help.
Though I’m afraid that its not possible to approve several appointments altogether as different appointment records can have different clients and conditions so there is no function for that. hi I would liketo purchase the multiply addon for my bookly but your demo doesnt seem to show exacly what i need. Can this addon allow my customers to book multiple days but select a time per day. So if i choose to search monday, wednesday and friday …. then click 6am on monday and then click 4pm on wednesday and then click 2pm on friday then only go to the next screen ? if there is another addon please let me know?

Is it possible for multiple people to book different all day services on the same day with this plugin?

You can book more appointments/services for the same day with the built-in cart, by adding more appointments to the cart before proceeding to the payment step. The multiply add-on will book the same service for more appointments in a sequential order.

back to stifler’s comment, is it possible to book 3 different days with the same appointment time? what he said is exactly what we need also, however if you can atleast book 3 different days at the same time, that would make the user experience alot easier.

I purchased the Multiply Appointments plugin but would like to request a refund or a replacement of this plugin with the Recurring appointments plugin. Multiply appointment unfortunately does not perform the specific requirement I am looking for. Kindly let me know if the plugin can be replaced.

i will try to make it more clear. I want to use the plugin to rent a dance studio by the hour. we want people to be able to pick multiple hours and then pay for them when booking. for example: if someone wants to book 3 studio hours, they will mark 3 hours (using the multiply appointments), pick the hours and then will pay for 3 hours. for now when I try to book few hours, when it gets to the woocommerce cart it shows me a price of just one hour. I will also write that the woocommerce integration (under the plugin’s settings) is enabled and connected to a product of “1 hour studio rent” and it’s the only payment method connected. I did also try to make few other “services” with other prices to see if it changes anything – I try to make “2 hours rent” service for double the cost of one hours and the same thing with 3, 4 and 5 hours. This is why I was also wondering if it’s connected to the Woocommerce integration and what can I do to get it work as I want…

I performed a test locally with WooCommerce and the multiply add-on and the price column displayed to correct price for the booked appointments. If that’s not the case then please send us an email to support@ladela.com with this inquiry and the purchase code so we could look into this matter.
