Hi,

We are having services in multpile cities and have set up bookly with separte staff member for each location. But in one instance we have three sites within one city.

Is it possible to configure bookly locations in such a way that the customer needs to choose just the city, and when going ahead with the booking the system will tell the customer at which location they will get the service? It would be confusing for the customer to be required to separately to look for appointment in say Oslo 1, Oslo 2, Oslo 3. We would prefer to have just “Oslo” and then the system would show the available slots in all the tree at once?

Hi,

In case you want to display the location or location info afterwards (and in email notifications), then this option is not available, customers need to choose a location on the first step of the booking form in order to display the location in later steps and notifications.

Thanks!
Alex

A question before buy;, I have 2 stores in 2 different cities and countries, in my store in Paris i need to costumers make a prior booking minimum 1 hour, on London I have more costumer’s and I need to set prior to booking 4 horas , how I proceed ? This add-on cost 39usd is able to do this. ? Many thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, currently, there is no possibility to set ‘Minimum time requirement prior to booking’ per service. The requirement is set as a general one for all services. So, if you set ‘Minimum time requirement prior to booking’ to 4 hours than the setting will be applied for all services.
If talking about Locations add-on (https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-locations-addon/17328208?s_rank=23), then it allows you to manage multiple locations as well as let your customers to choose where they’d like to receive services. Though, it does not solve the ‘Minimum time requirement prior to booking’ issue stated above.

Thanks!
Kirill

We’ve been using Bookly since 2015 and all of a sudden (within the past month) we can’t seem to process credit cards with Authorize.net anymore because now there is an error indicating that the zip code must be entered to process a card.. I discovered you now have a plugin for Authorize.net and so I purchased and installed it. But there still seems to be the same problem, in that there is no zip code field available on the payment page of the booking wizard.

Hello,

Please send us an email to support@ladela.com with this inquiry, the purchase code, ticket number #56492 as well as access to the admin panel and FTP, so we could look into this matter.

Thanks!

The tags {location_name} and {location_info} doesn’t work in the e-mail notifications.

Hi,

We apologize for the late reply!

Please check if you a location was chosen when the appointment was booked, otherwise these codes won’t display the location.

Thanks!

I have a problem and don’t know how this plugin will deal with it: I have a client that work in multiple cities and multiple gyms on each city. That isn’t a problem using the location plugin, so I can create the Categories and Services and use “Staff” as “Gyms” for me, so each gym will have his own schedule…

...BUT he is just one guy. A limited resource. If I chose “New York” and schedule a appointment in “Warrior Gym” the time slot used should NOT BE FREE to schedule another appointment on “Girls Gym” (using the same Google Calendar).

Can I somehow add a “shared resource” or simply say that I can’t schedule 2 things in the same time on Google Calendar? Because he is dealing as every “Staff” (in my case “Gyms”) as a diferent entity, even using the same calendar.

That would be very helpfull for all solopreneurs that work on multiple locations within a city.

Thanks.

Hi,

We apologize for the late reply!

For this inquiry, you will need to create two staff members with different schedules, (that don’t override each other) and associate each staff member with a different location.

Thanks!

I understand you have noted that you have 2 business days response time but I dont understand that same response time will remain for opened tickets or some urgent issues or tickets that you are already working on… for example:

After many days waiting for response your tech has responded that he has looked into issue and that he has fixed the issue. I have looked at the form again and noticed that now some services missing and email notifications are not working. So, should I wait again 2 days for someone to respond and fix this new problem that is happening? Should I wait 2 days every time someone put a letter in ticket and consider it as response? Or actually how do you handle tickets?

If this is the way of resolving issues, thank you … I will find another app with better support and not having web site not functional for week or more.

Hi,

We apologize for late replies, we have a lot inquires recently. I noticed that our tech department managed to assist you with your problem.

Thanks!

Hi,

Great plugin,

I was just wondering if there was any way to add a second column for the location, such as, when i choose the first drop down menu with england > it lists all cities in england. Or if i chose Scotland > Then it would list all cities in scotland?

Or;

If there is any way we can link the locations plugin with a map so the customers can choose from that?

Many thanks Jon

Hi Jon,

This looks like a feature we haven’t implemented yet. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. That’s why I’ve created a new record on our Feature Request forum: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000256773-sub-location , https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115003129369-Location-add-on-with-geolocation

The forum is where we track requests for new capabilities, and our product development depends directly on the number of votes each request receives. That’s why we encourage you to vote for your request (links above).

Thanks!

Pre-purchase question: Can I draw with polygons the specific location (area) of the city, and add it to the database of Bookly locations?

Hi, thanks for the interest!

Currently, this functionality is not supported.

Thanks for the answer. How can I add locations that are not cities, like neighborhood, so users can choose from? Is there any integration to achieve that?

Hi,

You can add locations in the locations menu, it’s up to you what type of locations you add. Locations will be associated with staff members.

Thanks!
