Hi Ladela,

We love the plug-in and it has helped our business alot!

We would like to be able to charge 3% booking fee for credit card purchases only. I saw in the comments section that someone else once asked you to make this customisation for them so i am wondering if you would be able to make this modification for us too.

If so, how long would it take, how much and when would you be able to make the changes.

Can I sell the tickets in a package system and then give the option to reserve in the event the want only for the package they bought? Let say I bought a package with 3 seats but I do not know when to use it, but I have the option to reserve until they are all use.

Is it possible to Client to pay full (remaining amount) after he already paid deposit? Can we send him a link to make remaining payment?

Currently such an option is not supported, the customer will need to pay when he arrives for the booked appointment.

Hi, i have a problem with an add-on ( Deposit Payments Add-on ) i have followed the instructions in the support page but it doesn’t work. The final price doesn’t decrease at the payement step. Do you have any idea of how i can fix it ?

Hello, I did all the steps to sychronize Google Calender with Bookly. I want all the bookings for all the staffs to be sychronised in one Google Calendar, So, I chose to put the API credentials in Bookly > Settings > Google Calendar. When I go back to my google Calender, nothing is there.

In case you want to synchronize all appointments to one google calendar you’ll need to connect all staff members to the same google calendar.

Hi. I just customized Google Calendar as per your instructions and Enabled 2way Sync. However Bookly doesn’t seem to be pushing any data from my google calendar. All the booked slots on my calendar appear as free on Bookly. Have I missed anything? thanks!

Hi,

Bookly provides 2 way sync with Google Calendar. However, if you create or change an event in Google Calendar the related appointment is not created/updated in Bookly (the other way it does work). However each event from Google Calendar is taken into account when displaying available time slots to user in the second step of booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will be not available for booking in Bookly.

Hi!

1. You’ll have database of the clients which have ever booked appointments on your website. If you mean global database with potential customers – it’s not supported.

2. Currently functionality as to send invoices is not supported.

3. You can set service duration to 1 day. In case you want to set group bookings you need to set the a bigger capacity for a service, so more customers can book the same service for the same slot.

4. You can check appointment’s information in Bookly’s Calendar and Appointments tabs.

5. In case to translate Bookly you can use PoEdit or WPML.

Hello, I purchased the add-on for deposits, but it’s not working on my site. The plug-in is still asking for full payment when booking trying to book an appointment.

Please check if you set the deposit the staff members tab. Besides that don’t forget that you need to update the text on the front-end by using these codes: {amount_due} and {amount_to_pay}.

I’m getting this error, after using the deposit add-on. It caused the website to crash. After I disabled the deposit add-on my website works again.

I get this error when I’m trying to pay with paypal Security header is not valid

Hi!

People often contact us complaining about the issue you describe and in all cases, it appeared that they entered the wrong Paypal API credentials in the settings section. For example, one can switch the `Sandbox mode` on and use the production credentials and vice versa, so make sure you use the proper credentials and don’t have trailing whitespaces when entering them.
