Hello, i rent a house with 3 apartments with different prices betwen them and different prices depending from the number of person that rent it. Could i use this plugin to permit to my customer to see availability and prices? (for ex: apartment price for a day for 2 persons (for 1 no permitted) is eur 100, for 3 persons is eur 120 and for 4 persons is eur 200.) we have dayly prices and weekly prices. And Is it possible to sincronize this calendar in/out with booking.com calendar via ical? Thanks Niksun

Whereas with ICAL Calendar, you would need to enable the option to attach files in .ICS format in the email notifications so you download and attach the appointment to your calendar.

I am creating a site for a personal trainer. They want to be able to take bookings for both 1-2-1 private sessions that the visitor chooses a timeslot on a calendar, and also be able to choose set classes that they can sign up to also listed on the calendar. is your plugin able to do this? I did not see set bookable events like a fitness class on your demo.
On the demo, I can create a Fitness Class category and add a 1 hour time slot for a group class, but can’t seem to be able to set a repeating day of the week when that class is available. Please can you advise me if this is possible with your plugin? Does your plugin fit the types of services a fitness trainer provides, i.e. classes and private sessions?

Can we create links to book on a specific day and time?
For example, if we have a group tour on March 21 at 14:00, can we create a link that can be emailed to our customer list?
Then the customer can click the link, enter their information and pay.
There is no need for the customer to select a day or time, that would be unnecessary and confusing to the customer in this scenario.
I don’t think your plugin can do this, but I want to make sure it is impossible with your plugin.

You can make one date and time available with Special days add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212817929-Extra-Long-Short-Days-Special-Days-add-on- and turn off all days of the week in the staff’s schedule.
And after your event will pass you can possibly delete this page of your site and let the customers make a booking at another page with a standart booking form.

Hi Ladela. Quick question. Is there a way to send a different email notification if a meeting time/date is changed? We often have meetings booked in then the customer needs to change the time or day. We typically edit such meetings on the back end and send update email notifications. This sends the customer an email notification as if a new meeting was booked. This is OK but not as good as sending an email entitled eg “Meeting amendment/change”, explainign that the previous meeting had been cancelled and a new time was now booked. I see there are email notifications for approved appointment ‘status change’ but these don’t seem to be used if the meeting date or time is amended. Is there any way to send a different email if a meeting date or time is amended? If not, can you please add that to your potential development ideas list as it would be really handy. Thanks.
There are several types of email notifications based on the appointment status. Besides, when you change the date of the appointment (without cancelling) and save, your customer will get email notification about new booking.

I have a client whom i bought and installed BOOKLY PRO y BOOKLY SERVICE EXTRAS plugin.
They don´t want to have maintenance from my part. This was since two years ago.
Now they have problem with the plugin. they want to update the plugins and they realized that the data base was not working.
They have BOOKLY PRO v13.2 y BOOKLY SERVICE EXTRAS v1.14.
I have tried to update also and had the same problem. Database error.
What could be the problem? Does the update change the structure of databases?

i wanna make you guys aware of a small bug in your code. If I try to login with an email address that has a space after the email address it does not find the email address in the database. For example… “firstname.lastname@example.org” would work but “email@example.com ” would not work because there is a space after the email address. You can fix this bug by running the email address through the trim() function to get rid of white space before and after the email address that the user submits when logging in. I only discovered this bug because i copied and pasted an email address that I used to try and login and upon investigating I realized that there was a space after the email address which was preventing your system from finding an email match in the database. Please fix this issue immediately and provide a hook that I can add to my functions.php so that none of my customers encounter this bug. Thank you.
By the way, you should also add the trim() function to the registration code if your system uses some code other than the core wordpress registration mechanism.

I wanted to know if this booking system allows booking per employee and not as a whole? For example.
If I have a listing website and I put a booking button for each listing so that a client can book an appointment with that particular listing, can this system allow the client to just book with that specific employee or listing without going through all the service and viewing all other irrelevant employees that do not pertain to the selected one by the client?
I guess I am looking for per employee booking without showing everyone or having a client view unnecessary employees to book an appointment.
Another way to look at it is each employee is their own entity for a customer to book with. Do you support this type of booking?
