Hello Support, I showed the entire process how the your game is hosted on my Hosting account how it’s implemented in my App builder and showed how other HTML5 games work with the “index.html” file. If there is no way to fix .I cant use the game. I would just like a refund for the game.

Hi Thank you for contacting up. We created game using construct 3. Construct 3 game have to be hosted to work. I am not familiar you are using. If that use web view most likely it won’t work.
But we provide construct 3 file you can use that directly to create mobile version of app.
Hello, I have Bluehost. I show that in the 1:30 mark in the video. and the 2:48 mark in the video. I have the “Block Triangle Puzzle Html Build.zip” file hosted on my Bluehost file manager. The App builder uses the HTML build so I can’t use the Construct 3 file use directly for mobile. I hosted the files in the Public html directory (as you can see in the video. I there anything else that I need to do to make the game work properly using the “index.html” file?

Hi The open source game you are using are not created with construct 3. Construct 3 game have some constraints. But you can use construct 3 directly to build mobile version instead of using builder
Hello, aren’t all HTML5 games with the “index.html” files games the same. Is there a way to fix the constraints in the Construct 3 so that the HTML5 version will work?
