You can either try to run it on x86 emulator or copy file from

All of your ad stuff was commented out or removed from the build.
I have checked it on Xcode 7. It launched asked to upgrade project, i selected don’t upgrade. Than I removed libChartboost.a and download new framework from here https://answers.chartboost.com/hc/en-us/articles/201219435-iOS-SDK-Download
Drag and drop Chartboost.framework to project and it builds successfully.
does it have ios9, iphone6s+ screen resolutions support?
yes it has, but you need to make correct images for this during reskinning
Does it work on XCode9 iOS11?
This game was tested only on iOS 7 per description. If we are talking about latest version it will work on iOS 11 and in order to load it in xcode there might be some changes. But you are able to build it using older xcode.
