Hi again is too bad the support is too slow, I add the ticket on Sep 29 and they reply 2 times, then on Monday told 3 told me was my server the issue, I contact my server support and they told me it was file permission issues, now the site has a white page I reply the ticket but there is no support, the script look nice in demo but is not easy to understand whats the issue, please fix this soon or I will need a refund, regards.

Your response to the ticket was “we know already the problem. We will fix in a new update”. What kind of solution is that? When are you planning to release a new version? I cannot run the application… I paid the support, but not support at all.

Hi Team, love this – just a few questions before i buy it – is it possible for client to add orders like employees would add them from their dashboard? and is it possible to have a cost price and a reseller price for each products .

my clients need to order themselves however i need them to see cost and when they show product to their client i need them to see the reseller price -

Look very nice, but it seem it got an issue in the Add product page, http://creativeitem.com/demo/bijoy/index.php?admin/inventory_add when you submit your new product it don’t submit, I check the Inspect google chrome in the console and it show this errors:
export.css:4 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token . index.php?admin/inventory_add:1 An invalid form control with name='type[]' is not focusable. index.php?admin/inventory_add:1 An invalid form control with name='specification[]' is not focusable. index.php?admin/inventory_add:1 An invalid form control with name='quantity[]' is not focusable. index.php?admin/inventory_add:1 An invalid form control with name='alert_quantity[]' is not focusable. index.php?admin/inventory_add:1 An invalid form control with name='cost_price[]' is not focusable. index.php?admin/inventory_add:1 An invalid form control with name='selling_price[]' is not focusable.

Well I select No Variant and fill all the visible fields but not submit, and the console shows that, but those fields are hidden because I select product has no variant, I use google Chrome, can you check this, regards.

Yes,only the admin can charge the customers. The employees are not allowed to do so.

Hello,the ticket will be reviewed shortly. Product importing via csv can be done via source code customization. So,just enlist it in customization requirements in that ticket.

OK I gave the group FTP access and they fixed it. Nifty little system and exactly what we wanted, so I recommend..

I was looking trough, I could not see how to add new Address for customers.

Can you update? do you have a ducumentation for this web app?

I need a spesific date for new update that you are youing to release.

Even apple,google,facebook etc companies release there fixes and updates regularly. If you think each and every software in this world is bug free, then you are nowhere in business side, neither customer side. Our software is running for couple of years, and we are careful about the quality and performance. That’s why we update our products regularly.

So your statement :

“how can you be selling a non working script here”

doesn’t make any sense to us! We expect your positive attitude and understanding with us to get a better product. Once you have bought our software, you are permitted to download the updates regularly and without any cost.
