It’s support Magento version? I need to be sure before buying this module, thanks!

Hi! yes it does.

Thanks again for this great extension. We have noticed unexpected behavior when we try to import group pricing to a specific website. This feed, for example:

store,websites,attribute_set,group_price:Wholesale,type,sku,name wholesale,wholesale,Default,8.75,simple,50122112,"Coswell Cog"

Does nothing but add the item to the wholesale website. Through experimentation, we have found that if the feed is modified to be like this:

store,websites,attribute_set,group_price:Wholesale,type,sku,name admin,wholesale,Default,8.75,simple,50122112,"Coswell Cog"

It does add the group price for the “Wholesale” customer group, however it does this for all websites. Am we missing something? Is there a different/proper way to add the group pricing for only one website?

We have a small issue. Cron job is created. When executed it gets back the mesage: No input file specified. We set up the ftp setings with the ftp user names & pass, created the data & images folder. Can you please assist with this little issue?

this is the log file contet:

This is the cron job line: /usr/bin/php -f /var/www/magento/ftpimport/index.php

CSV folder where we added the product files: /ftpimport/pending

The name of the file in the data folder – /ftpimport/pending : import_products_http_images.csv

The name of the file in the data folder – /ftpimport/data : import_products_http_images.csv

Hi there,

I’ve already replied to your email, if you can provide me access to your settings.

Hi there Big-Hippo.

1. Does the plugin support Magento 2. Import multiple photos for one product? 2. Does it import tax rules as well? 3. Does it import warehouse settings in products?

Thanks in advance, Mariusz.

Hi Mariusz

1. Yes 2. No 3. If they are product attributes, yes.

Can this package be installed manually ( ie via FTP )

If so, what are the steps?

Hi Rgbie,

unzip the extension, follow our video to upload the files to the right folder:

We also provided professional installation service, please purchase it if you need it on PayPal.

OK – seems to be installed but when trying to run the cron script we get the following error message:

“Error: Class ‘Mage_Bighippo_Core_Helper_Log’ not found in /var/www/html/customer/app/Mage.php on line 547”

thanks for the extension using this i imported configurable product its works good but in manage product configurable product shows

” Only attributes with scope “Global”, input type “Dropdown” and Use To Create Configurable Product “Yes” are available.” and if i select the options then associate product not shows in configurable product

Thanks for the quick unswer, i found it, i see there errors lke this “Skip import row, required field “store” not defined” but there is store column with the right value. the problem is that at the beginning of the file there is a dot ”.” and this dot is cousing this problem. I read that this dot is becouse of UTF-8 encoding, so i dont know why and how to solv this. I see no dot in windows, and even on cpanel with the old edito, only with the last editor in cpanel i see this dot apearing. Please help, thanks a lot.

Ok this Dot is becouse of UTF-8 BOOM, csv must be without BOOM becouse hippoimport cant work with it. I have other question, is it possible to fill categories with Ids and not the full path?

Do you provide free upgrades or will we need to re-purchase in order to get the upgraded version? Thanks!

Will this work with Tier prices?

Are you able to manipulate the price margins from the source of the FTP feed and the Magento server? We want to adjust our margins and the feed source has prices at cost. Can we adjust margins per category through this importer?

Your FTP Import product has been working well for quite some time. Unfortunately today we started running into an issue where we are getting an error message when we run the import:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘PDOException’ with message ‘SQLSTATE42000: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘WHERE (process_id=’1’)’ at line 1’ in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/lib/Zend/Db/Statement/Pdo.php:228 Stack trace:

Any idea on what could be going on?
